Passionate about gardening and nature, Pascal & Danielle (practitioner of "well-being massages" 5 km away / special rates for guests) open the doors of an authentic 18th century "town" winegrowers' residence, typical & carefully restored, quietly nestled on the edge of a mini dead-end alley. Total tranquility, nestled in the very heart of a peaceful picturesque wine village in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, steeped in history & perfectly preserved, founded in the 13th century by the Templars of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. Nestled in the heart of the bucolic Cozanne valley & the sublime Maranges vineyards, at the foot of three "belvedere" mountains all culminating at more than 500m (including the "Montagne des Trois Croix", classified as a "natural park" offering an exceptional panorama 360°), this charming "postcard" village has a sublime hilly landscaped setting, combining sumptuous vineyard slopes, meadows & wooded hills. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Warm country style mixing traditions & modernity and a few touches "vintage", enhanced by careful heritage restoration (conservation of the beams, tiles, fireplace mantle, etc. of the original building). Lots of charm. Cozy & cozy. Spacious living room with a beautiful volume. Pleasant mini veranda. geschikt voor bezoek aan Beaune en Autun

Huis is gezellig ingericht. Wifi is goed beveiligd. Ligging voor bezoek aan Beaune en Autun is goed Probleem is de zeer smalle trap naar boven, waardoor onze koffers noodgedwongen in de kamer moesten blijven staan. En die is toch al klein. Wij waren er 4 nachten voor we verder reisden naar het zuiden. Het huis is geschikt voor een korte vakantie. Voor langer verblijf is de ruimte aan de kleine kant.
