“Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. “Fantastic staff, really couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The Hotel is directly on the beach front, a great location as a base for visiting the local area. Don’t let the basic reception area put you off when you check in, the rest is much nicer!”

“Our group of 7 felt that the staff were super helpful; cheerful and obliging. The Manager was excellent and really helped us out on the day of departure when he very kindly drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. Would definitely go back. Loved the terrace area. We had large family room - perfect for 3 adults to share. Breakfast was individually cooked and care was taken in presentation. Thank you guys. ”

Very accessible and close enough to the main centre to be able to walk if you don't want to use the free hotel shuttle bus. Room very well appointed and very comfortable. “Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops. ”
