“The rooms are pretty old and run down. Things are breaking apart and the door handles feels like it will drop off anytime ”

“Air con tweaking sound through out the entire night. Sound proof is not strong enough. Able to hear clearly hotel customers chatting plus housekeeper communicating with counter staff on room checking out services. Totally not worth patronising.”

“Room was slightly old, amenities was sufficient, wifi is not the most stable.”

“no towels, no plastics cups/glasses provided in the room. Have to go front desk to ask for that...”
