“Great location close to everything in park city. Staff were really great. The indoor pool was very good and well maintained. The rooms were newer and clean. Dog friendly. Breakfast was better than at 95 percent of non luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Very fresh, high quality items not the typical continental breakfast junk. “A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.”

“Great pricing for the stay. More of an apartment style hotel, no real kid friendly amenities, you have to go to the village or other hotel for kid friendly activities.”

“Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary.”
