The Space:
Enjoy this super cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for your next intimate family vacation getaway of up to 4.

Relaxation has not been overlooked with this exceptionally designed retreat that highlights two spectacular full bathrooms, one of them equipped with a luxurious jetted spa tub. As you enter through the front door, straight across the entryway, you will see the master bedroom that boasts a lovely king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, an exquisite floor-to-ceiling mirror, an en suite bathroom, and access to a private outdoor balcony. The master bathroom features double vanity, a deluxe shower/tub combo, and ample storage closet space. Across the master bedroom, to the right of the entrance, is a full bathroom with double vanity, plenty of storage space, and a shower that doubles as a jacuzzi tub where you can relax and melt your stress away.

Further down the hallway, the living room features a comfortable king-size sleeper sofa, where you can cozy up next to your loved ones while the warmth of the fire from the indoor gas fireplace permeates throughout the room. Unwind for the night with the flat-screen TV, as you watch the snowfall from the sliding glass door that leads to the outdoor private balcony. Step outside to indulge in a nightcap as you breathe in the fresh mountain air -- enjoy the peace and tranquility on the table and chairs provided during your stay. Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, where the chef in your group can show off their cooking skills. Exchange adventure stories of your time in Park City over the breakfast bar with 6 stools, while you enjoy the scrumptious meal prepared by the cook.

A boot fitter, ski shop, and lift ticket window are all located on the first floor of this building. There is a Ski School, in the building, accessible via the elevator to the basement, where you can have your kiddos learning how to ski like a pro in no time -- drop them off while you take on the advanced ski runs, and pick them up afterward.

A coin-operated laundry room with complimentary detergent, on the third floor, is available for guests.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo, private outdoor balcony, and coin-operated laundry room on the 3rd floor. You will also have access to one free parking space in the adjoining underground parking garage. Please note that the vehicle height limit is 7 '4" and a parking pass is required for the garage parking. A parking pass will be provided in the unit. Kindly return this at the end of your stay to avoid any penalties.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Payday Express Lift and Crescent Lift only 200 feet away from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute free bus ride with Park City Mountain stop on the Green route only a 1-minute walk from the condo. Payday Express Lift and Crescent Lift, located within 200 feet from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. The condo is within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Remote-controlled air conditioning units are available in both bedroom and living room areas.

Please note that to reach the unit, there are two sets of elevators (from the parking garage to the entrance of the lodge, and from the lodge entrance to the unit). There are 13 steps required to reach the second elevator.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

This Condo was perfect for our quick trip to Park City. Ideally placed for the ski in and out. The bed was comfortable; condo was clean and fully stocked for what we needed. The elevator to get up and down was quick but this condo is also conveniently right next to the stairs down. Host had all the check in and out material online which made it easy and hassle free.

We have stayed at this property several times. We were here last in April '24 for 10 days. We love the property, however, we told LocalVR, the property managers, of several things that needed repair. The master tub doesn't drain well and the master toilet doesn't fill the bowl about 1/2 the time. Also 2 shelves in the frig are missing. None of these things were addressed when we arrived for our visit this June. We love this property and want to come back but we wish the property managers would address these few issues!

Loved our location and rental home!

We just returned from our ski trip in Park City and we can't wait to return! This rental unit was in the best location we could've asked for! Steps from the Payday Lift, as well as ski equipment rentals, convenience store, and restaurants. The unit was perfectly appointed to enjoy small meals and had plently of living space for us to enjoy.

Fabulous Views

As first timers to PC, we didn’t know what exactly to expect, but we can say without a doubt that we’ll be back. And if we’re lucky enough we’ll be staying in this very well appointed, wonderfully located and picturesque home. It was just steps (literally) from two of the best lifts on the mountain that take you up to some amazing hikes. Or just step out your front door and away you go. Cannot wait to visit again.

Nice place

My husband and I stayed here last Spring. This time we had our toddler granddaughter. It’s a nice place, conveniently located, comfortable enough. The view this time was impeded by the Toyota off-road event directly outside the balcony, but it was nice to sit outside after they shut down for the day.

Nicely appointed Ski-in/out

This is a great property - we loved it the 1st time we stayed in Feb 2023 that we returned in April 2023. Location and the views can't be beat, we enjoyed the large balcony on both trips. Nicely appointed kitchen so we could cook and prepare 3 meals a day if we wanted! King size sleeper sofa is a great option for added guests, especially with the second bathroom! We hope this unit is available for future visits!

Location, location, location

Right on the slopes, lifts and lessons right outside the door. Spotless, well-appointed. Close parking. Excellent directions provided (it is tricky to find but the directions were excellent -- look at the photos provided). Would definitely return.

The best location

We had an amazing week in Park City staying right at the base lift of the Mountain Resort - you just walked straight out to the lifts and the apartment had hood ski equipment storage and well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable sleeping sofa and spacious bedroom.

Excellent location

This property is exactly as described. It is 15 yards from the entrance onto the hill, above the building with ski school. It can not get any better for proximity to ski school or the entrance. The gathering place for ski school is immediately in front of the second story balcony. The linens supplied are absolutely amazing, with the most plush blankets ever. The responsiveness of the host is wonderful; we had an issue with the coffee carafe and Housekeeping was sent up to replace it for us. The kitchen came nicely stocked with basics and even a few extras: aluminum foil, dishwasher pods, salt, seasonings, even coffee. The pots were shining clean. Some of the things to highlight which the host does nicely in the description: This IS separated from the underground garage. Be aware that one does need to trek up about ten metal steps with kids/luggage to get to the elevator. We ordered our groceries to be delivered to the condo unit however the delivery people needed guidance on how to find the place as there is no direct route to get into the building from the parking lot. This seems like a wee-bit older building. While the condo is absolutely beautiful with a fire place, over the door heat-AC unit as well as baseboard heat, there were random sounds coming from the wall at times - like old water radiators used to do. This is outside of the owner/manager’s control, but if you are a light sleeper, just be cognizant of that. Other reviews mentioned that there was “noise” from the hill at night. I personally loved, and is one of the major reasons why I booked this property, to be able to see the employees work the hill. We stayed up watching the grooming machines plow the snow in this majestic process. It was beautiful and to me, with the double sliding doors to the patio was not an issue. Overall this is a wonderful property, access to skiing could not be easier, and the host is awesome.

Comfortable, nicely decorated, great location

Probably the nicest condo we’ve stayed at in Park City. It’s well appointed and beautifully decorated. It’s roomy and very comfortable. No damage from previous renters. Love the location and covered parking. Very in depth description. Property Manager was very responsive even with a minor glitch at the end. Highly recommend.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

We are avid VRBOers. This property was exactly as represented and more. Agree with previous poster linens were exceptional. The attention to detail was spot on. For a ski property the numerous wall hooks were extremely helpful. Location Location Location- enough said. Only downfall was that we wished we could’ve stayed longer but property was totally booked and for good reason. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back.

Location was ideal, walk to all Park City Village activities/business’, 5 minute walk to City Bus stop which takes you to multiple locations. Would rent again 🤗

Great location! Very nice property!

The property was very clean, nice and in a great location! Both bathrooms were very spacious with large bath tubs. The kitchen had all the necessary essentials. I would stay here again.

Great property

Nicely updated. Very comfortable beds (including the pull out... my kids slept on it but I could have been comfortable on it as well, best pull out I've ever seen). Good pillows- feather and harder options. Both bathrooms are large with great showers and tubs and plenty of storage. Great pots and pans, glasses, etc... good heat and AC, fireplace, great lighting with dimmers on everything. Unbelievably good location (ski-in-out). Bus to Old town comes every 5-10 minutes for shopping and dinner. Only thing it's missing is a dryer (community laundry is upstairs though) and no access to a hot tub but everything else made up for that.

Great place in great location.

Perfect place for ski vacation. Steps away from the Park City lifts.. Furnishings and Kitchen has everything needed. Place just like pictures. Great view of slopes and ski school area.

Great location and updates kitchen.

We enjoyed out stay. The proper manager was excellent with communicating with me before the stay. We have stayed in this location before. It’s an older building but the kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware and electronics. In Park City there are so many VRBO rentals. Here was what was especially helpful: The welcome notebook was very detailed. All the electric switches were labeled. Lots of USB ports and outlets. Great balcony for apres ski. Campos coffee is so close.
