Residenza cittadina moderna aggiornata nella bassa valle dei cervi

Ristrutturato nel 2017 con aggiornamenti ogni stagione - questa proprietà comprende spazio su due piani e una vista a 270 gradi da una sala di lettura di atterraggio. L'ingresso della proprietà comprende un garage riscaldato per due auto con un'uscita coperta che collega l'ingresso della porta d'ingresso.
Il piano principale comprende una cucina gourmet, un soggiorno all'aperto, un bar e una sala polveri. A metà strada su per le scale è una sala di lettura con posti a sedere, tavolo e finestre su tre lati. Le suite al piano superiore dispongono di bagno privato e una lavatrice / asciugatrice di dimensioni standard si trova nella hall principale.

Enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We stayed as a family of 4 with two kids ages 16 and 13. The location to the base at Deer Valley was excellent. A very short drive or about a 10 minute easy walk. There is also a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. A washer/dryer is a must have for us on a ski trip and this townhouse has both. The one adjustment I’d make is somehow adding a door on to the master bathroom. There is a curtain for a door. Not a deal breaker at all but would be a nice adjustment. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience again

This was our third time staying at Steve's property and it was just as great as the other two times. Place was immaculate upon arrival. Perfect for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. Would definitely stay here again.

Third Stay in Property

This is my family’s 3rd time at Steve’s property - everything has been nicely updated throughout the multiple years we’ve used this townhouse for our President’s Day Holiday ski trip at Deer Valley. The location is very convenient; a quick 5 minute walk to the bus stop gets you to the resort in no time. We used the kitchen often and even had a nice steak dinner cooked in the kitchen for Valentine’s Day. We were able to avoid the crowds on Main Street and just stay in for a cozy night. Communication with Steve is excellent. He is responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to the 4th stay…

Great location for skiing and Main Street

We had a very enjoyable experience at this townhome in lower Deer Valley. Close to Main Street and all that Deer Park has to offer. The accommodations were very comfortable and the host very communicative. Highly recommended it!

Nice place

The condo was nicely updated and the photos accurately show what it looks like. Steve was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Definitely a great deal, we had a comfortable stay and a wonderful time!

Perfect stay

This was our fifth time to Deer Valley but first time staying here. We loved our stay all around and will be back. Great location for getting to ski school. And our kids even took advantage of some small hills by the house to do some sledding!

Great place to stay for families

This was our second time staying at this place. I can see the owners take great care of the property. When we came back this year, I noticed there was improvement with WiFi and the shower head that was leaking last year was fixed. The place was sparkle clean like last time. We really enjoyed staying at this place and plan to come back next year.

Perfect Location at the Base of Deer Valley

We enjoyed our stay very much. It snowed a lot so having access to the heated garage was great. Home was clean, cozy and well stocked with almost everything - paper products, bath/kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwashing detergent. Fireplace was wonderful! Agree with a previous review that master bath should have an actual door (there is only a small curtain so not much privacy). We would definitely stay here again. Steve was a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you!

Adequate, but fell a little short.

We found the property to be adequate, but it fell a little short. When we arrived, there were two full and somewhat smelly garbage bins in the garage. There was also no backup toilet paper, paper towels, and no laundry detergent. Surprised that there was no dining table in a two bedroom condo. The fireplace was nice though, and easy to operate.

Family ski trip

Great place ! Location good … spacious and clean Only one thing I would change is the master bathroom only has a curtain for a door . I prefer a door to close :) And no closet in the master but they do provide a hanging bar for clothes . Heated floors were great ! Had a wonderful time ! Thanks !

Great Trip!

This home is very nice! My group of 4 adults had a wonderful stay. There was easy access to Park City and Deer Valley and the condo had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy too!

Great place for a family

This place was spacious for a family of 4 (two kids ages 9 and 6). What we liked the most about this place was it was clean, convenient, and a garage. The garage fits a full size SUV, which was nice. The shuttle is about a 4 min walk from the property. We will be coming back!

Our 2nd Time & We Just Booked For Our 3rd

It can’t get any more convenient than Steve’s property. It’s an easy walk to the bus to get to Snow Park Lodge or head into town. My 2 teens found plenty of space to hang out in the separate bedroom with a queen and twin and the spacious primary bedroom was perfect for my husband and me. Kitchen was outfitted really well to have most meals at the property without having to deal with Park City crowds at dinner time. The reading nook was a great place to end the day after slopetime. Other amenities like washer/dryer and heated garage adds to the many conveniences. Check-in/checkout process is super easy and Steve is super responsive. Can’t wait to be back…

Park City ski trip

Was perfect for 2 couples. We skied Deer Valley and it was so close by. Also took bus to downtown stopped right by condo. Condo is clean and modern with everything we needed. (Except laundry detergent which is here now!!) Steve was super easy to reach and responsive. Overall great stay. Thank you!

Great Unit in Deer Valley

This was a great unit for our family of four. Steve keeps the unit well stocked and it is perhaps the cleanest vacation rental at which we have stayed. The location is great. Close to town, but far enough from town to be quiet and private. Very close to Deer Valley, making skiing very easy. Overall, a great unit that perfectly fit our needs.
