Settled in a premiere ski-oriented community with private trails that directly access Deer Valley Resort, this Abode permits guests a preferred and ideal access to some of the best ski terrain. Additionally, the St. Regis hotel resides within the community offering guests both greatest and finest dining but also access to further amenities such as free valet services, luxury spa experiences, and more. During the summer month, the area offers countless opportunities for recreation with hiking, cycling, world class fishing and water recreation.



Sit in the peace and quiet of this mountain masterpiece, enjoying the stone, wood-burning fireplace which separates the stunning mountain and lake views from the main deck, and the kitchen, bar & dining room, off which you will find a completely custom outdoor living deck that's perfect for lounging on crisp summer nights.

On the main level, off the living area there is a den for that mid-day book or checking emails. Next to it, the primary bedroom, with a custom-built king bed, lounge area with gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and access to the main deck and its private balcony where you will be hard-pressed to find a more incredible place to experience sweeping mountain vistas and gorgeous views of Jordanelle reservoir. On the same level but in a different wing, two more bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and private balconies to the majestic lake. Up on the upper level you will find three additional guest rooms, two with gas fireplaces and the third one with its private balcony. In the lower level, there is a two queen ensuite bedroom and a 5 bunk bedroom with its private bathroom that sleeps the youngest of your group. When you think that was all, a private bedroom-apartment style is located at ground level with its private kitchen and living room.
