Another perk: every one of the four bedrooms at this rental gets its own en-suite bathroom. It’s a breeze to go from snowy/muddy outdoor adventures to getting ready for dinner on Main Street!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

An open-concept main area includes a full kitchen, a dining table for eight, and an ultra-comfy living room with mountain charm.

In the living room, 10 people can gather on a huge, sectional sofa facing a 55” flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Chalet-style windows let in the views. From here, access the private balcony with lovely views of the slopes and lifts, plus a gas grill. Between the living area and kitchen is a dining table that seats eight.

Hungry after a day on the mountain? Head to the fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and granite island. Three barstools let the chef stay involved in the conversation.

On warmer days, you’ll find a gas grill on the outdoor balcony that’s perfect for cookouts.

A group of up to 10 guests will be comfortable here, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master has its own fireplace, a king-size bed, and a flat-screen TV. Its en-suite bathroom has a large vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The second bedroom, just off the kitchen, has a twin-over-full bunk bed that’s great for Mom, Dad, and a kid who wants to stay close. The third bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen and twin bed draped in cozy quilts and another flat-screen TV.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with either a glass-enclosed walk-in shower or a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION

Located right in the Red Pine community, our house enjoys access to two swimming pools (one heated), two hot tubs, and a sauna. Summer visitors, pack your rackets: the community also has two beautiful new tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court.

For skiers, you can’t get any closer to the Canyons Ski Resort than this rental, located right next door to it. And there are lots more ski runs just minutes away.

Main Street Park City is just 10 minutes away by car. Whether you’re a film buff in town for Sundance or a foodie looking for great eats (try the trout sausage at Handle, or the biscuits and bacon jam at Fletcher’s, both a 10-minute drive from your door), you’ll find something to suit your tastes in downtown Park City.

For ease of convenience, a complimentary on-demand shuttle will pick you up at your front door and take you to and from the ski base and Canyon Village destinations. To use this service, download the Canyons Village Connect app.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great ski rental except for plumbing issue

House was well stocked and welcoming. Great location for ski vacation. Unfortunately there was a major plumbing issue for the length of our stay. When onsite staff couldn’t fix problem it took 4 days to get a plumber and it still wasn’t fixed. Property management was responsive but took too long and still wasn’t fixed. Plumber returned the day before we checked out and issue still wasn’t fixed. Losing a bathroom and by extension the bedroom which was attached was very inconvenient. Refund offered for a fraction of total rental cost did not make up for the loss. Hopefully problem will be fixed for next renters because it is a great house.

Great Ski-vacation at Canyons

Nice, clean, comfortable property. Great kitchen that is well-appointed. Comfortable bedrooms, eating area and living space. Almost a Ski-in, as you can ski down to just across the street. Getting to the lifts was a little less clear. We ended up hoofing it, which is not that far (it was just under 1/3 of a mile... but we wanted to save ski-legs and do our hiking in ski boots on the mountain). There is a shuttle, but the stop on the app clear was not as the shuttle blew right by us! In summary, would highly recommend if for a ski vacation!

Winterwonderland

This was a perfect property for two families as the condo was split on three floors, so we each had our own space. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There was nothing left undone. The location was midway between the gondola and the slopes, so a short walk up or down made accessing the slopes easy and the Canyon Connect shuttle was a free way to avoid the walk. I would definitely recommend this property for an enjoyable vacation.

Perfect Family Christmas

The property was perfect for us! It was well maintained and beautifully appointed. There were even Christmas decorations!!!!! It felt festive. We all love to cook so the kitchen was kept busy. We were especially appreciative of presence of some spices, we borrowed some to season and left some we brought with us. The kitchen was well equipped !!! The open floor plan was perfect for us. Proximity to gondola was a great advantage.perfect vacation. Great memories

Canyon Park City Condo Review

Property was very compact, narrow unit width, row style zero lot line condominium. Poor entry layout for snow skiing, with no mud room type area for ski and ski boot removal or boot storage. There was no hot tub in the unit! The hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose the unit, but there was not one in the unit. There was a hot tub at the community center, but it had to be reserved days in advance, which we were only able to reserve for 45 minutes on one day during our 5 day stay. Other than that, the unit was nicely equipped and comfy for middle aged families with no small children.

Convenient condo with good access to Canyons

Condo was convenient for our 2 families of four each (8 people total) during a ski week vacation. We enjoyed skiing Canyons and the condo is proximate to all Canyons offers, as well as Kimball Junction and Park City. Not knowing much about the area when we planned, we came to appreciate and prefer Canyons - the community and the mountain (vs PC/KJ). The master BR was disproportionally larger than other BRs (as masters often are), the other BRs were on the smaller size, and basement BRs didn't get much light. We were there to ski, not hang out in bed, so this was not a problem for our crew. Condo, in general, was well stocked (towels, storage space for skis, fireplace, cleaning supplies, toiletries, gas grill), the same goes for the kitchen (could have used a garlic press and juice squeezer, but not a big deal). To get to/from the base of the ski mountain, one can walk or take a shuttle. We did the latter and it was easy, quick and courteous! A few members of our group enjoyed the condo association pool and hot tub as well. Communication with Turnkey was clear and responsive. And the key code made it easy for us to lock/unlock without the hassle of managing a key.

Two families, Xmas week, One Great Vacation

The property was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids ranging from 2 to 15 years old). We used the kitchen a lot and had lots of cozy breakfasts and dinners before and after skiing. There is an on demand shuttle (download the app, CV Connect) that picked us up and dropped us off for skiing within the Canyon Village side of the resort - super convenient.

Wonderful stay in Park City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful townhouse. We had a girl's weekend away and there were 10 of us, and we had plenty of space. We were all able to fit on the sectional to watch movies, the table was perfect for sitting around to eat or play games, and with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, we were able to spread out. The location was fantastic, close to historic Main Street, restaurants, and the outlet mall. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
