Grande condominio / casa confortevole con un sacco di servizi.

Tutti e tre i bagni sono stati completamente ristrutturati con uno stile e una piastrella meravigliosi.

Una TV Sony da 65 pollici di fascia alta è stata aggiunta nel soggiorno per un'incredibile visione dei film.

Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono nuovi e di fascia alta e TUTTE le linee del letto vengono lavate dopo ogni soggiorno, comprese le lenzuola e le coperte in piumino! La maggior parte dei proprietari lava le trapunte solo una volta a stagione.

Wi-Fi ad alta velocità a 150 mbps.

Le stoviglie sono state tutte aggiornate e acquistate di recente: tutte le NUOVE pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, bicchieri e bicchieri, bicchieri da vino, piatti e ciotole sono state tutte acquistate quest'anno e sono nuove di zecca.

Forniamo shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, sacchetti per la spazzatura, detersivo per piatti, spugne, sapone per i piatti e sapone per le mani.

L'acqua è dura a Park City, quindi abbiamo un filtro per l'acqua pura sul lavello della cucina e abbiamo fornito filtri di ricambio. Non berrei l'acqua senza questo.

Tutti i tappeti; tappeti e divani vengono puliti da professionisti due volte l'anno. Non c'è accumulo di polvere o odori

Il tavolo da biliardo è stato ripassato quest'anno e ripristinato, quindi è uniforme ed equilibrato. Abbiamo anche acquistato palline Aramith di fascia alta per un'esperienza più autentica.

Il juke box è stato dotato di un ricevitore per denti blu in modo da poter riprodurre facilmente le tue canzoni preferite dal tuo telefono o laptop.

Ogni TV ha telecomandi funzionanti con batterie extra

L'impianto di risalita Silver Star, la biglietteria e il ristorante / pub, che serve colazione, pranzo e cena, si trovano proprio di fronte al Payday Condo (un minuto a piedi dalla porta).

La navetta gratuita per l'autobus si trova proprio di fronte al vialetto da cui è possibile raggiungere Main Street, i Canyon e la Deer Valley.

Il condominio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa e con vista sulle montagne tranquille. Il cortile conduce al City Golf Course, dove è possibile giocare a golf in estate o utilizzare le piste da fondo in inverno.

Un percorso di trasporto pubblico gratuito e pulito per le aree di resort, Historic Main Street, Deer Valley e Canyons Ski, corre proprio di fronte al condominio per la massima comodità.

Questo spazioso condominio su tre livelli può ospitare un massimo di dodici persone. Undici persone in letti e una persona (o 2 bambini) su un materasso ad aria queen.

Ci sono tre camere da letto, tre bagni e due loft.

Al piano principale si trovano la sauna, la cucina, la sala da pranzo, il soggiorno, il bagno completo, la suite principale con letto matrimoniale, completa di TV HD a schermo piatto, un armadio di grandi dimensioni, una scrivania e un bagno principale.

Il secondo piano ha un tavolo da biliardo, Juke Box, TV, lavatrice e asciugatrice, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, TV via cavo, terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, letto a castello e un bagno completo con jack N jill.

Il terzo piano ha una camera da letto a soppalco, con un letto a castello e una doppia.

La sala da pranzo offre dieci posti a sedere, oltre a tre sgabelli da bar.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero full size, forno e piano cottura, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, forno a microonde, pentole nuove, piatti nuovi, utensili e altro ancora e un bar per la colazione con tre sgabelli.

C'è una grande stanza di fango all'ingresso principale dove c'è una sauna.

Ci sono tutti i tipi di fantastiche attività invernali ed estive da godere in questo condominio. Il condominio è idealmente situato dall'altra parte della strada rispetto agli impianti di risalita. Percorsi di corsa e la montagna si trova dall'altra parte della strada, il che rende anche un facile accesso alle escursioni in estate.

È consentito un cane di piccola taglia previa approvazione del proprietario e deposito di animali domestici.

Our second stay at Joe's property proved itself to be as good as the first! The location is great - just a short walk to the Silver Star lift, and we hardly ever had more than a one-minute wait to get on our first lift of the day. (The Silver Star Cafe at the bottom of the lift is an added bonus!) It's easy to get on the shuttle to town or to the base of the resort (the stop is even closer than the bottom of the lift). Or easy to drive to town, easy to drive to the grocery store. And there was never a problem finding a parking space in front of the condo.The property is spacious and comfortable and nicely accommodated our two adult children and their significant others. Lots of space to relax, plus a hot tub! The kitchen was great for cooking and packing sandwiches for the slopes. Plus there's a wonderful set-up for storing all the ski gear each night.Joe was terrific. Responded quickly to every request and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We'll definitely stay at Joe's place again!

Our stay in Park City was wonderful! The property is lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, as was the rest of the condo. And my family loved the hot tub! The entry way was set up perfectly for getting in and out of ski boots, with plenty of storage for jackets, helmets, mittens. The hallway outside the door was set up perfectly for storing skis and poles. But what isn't clear from the listing is that the condo is on the second floor. (Unless I missed that detail!) It was a bit hard to find the property once we arrived at the complex and it was then a bit confusing about how to enter the condo. (The doorway, which is only for the unit, takes you directly upstairs and then the hallway leads directly to the condo door.) Overall, the property is located beautifully. The walk to the Silver Star lift was short (even with skis). The restaurant at the bottom of the lift was great for apres ski and dinners. Grocery stores and downtown are an easy, short drive. Joseph was a wonderful host, communicative and helpful. He made us feel welcome and comfortable in his home. We'll definitely be back next season!

Easy 5 min walk to gondola. Literally 5 min! The place was well stocked with kitchen equipment to bathroom supplies. Recently renovated so clean and everything worked. Hot tub on deck was great! Overall great price and time!

We had an amazing trip and will 100% be coming back. The convenience of being in walking distance to the mountain was great. Joe is a great host and was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect for us.

First and foremost, Joe is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to answer questions and help with anything we needed. The space itself was as described and in a great location. The free city bus stop is an easy 2 minute walk from the unit and then 5 minutes tops to the Park City mountain base. We loved the location and the space was perfect for our group.

This property has the best space for a large family & is very comfortable (seriously the couch is so comfy). We had a family member break her elbow first day of arrival & ended up spending a ton of time in the house which we were thankful it was spacious & comfortable. Joe is an excellent host & communicator. We had an issue with the hotub & reached out & Joe had a solution so we didn’t miss a day of hot tub (love that the hot tub is private. We cooked every day we were there & loved the spacious kitchen & loved that there was dining space to eat as a family. Highly recommend because Joe cares about his rental & guests.

My family has been coming out to vacation in Park City for over 20 years, staying at various lodging options including the resort. I was not overly familiar with tjis lication as i often stayed closer to the historic district for ease of shopping and dining. We loved this condo and its location. Wonderful accommodations, and roomy. The short walk to the silver star lift was so convenient and the ski down was a perfect last run of the day. So much better than fighting the crowds at the base of the resorts. Hot tub was working and was HOT !! Joe was very responsive to our needs and accommdating. Cant say enough anout this place. Will definitely stop lodge hopping and stay here again next year!!!

This was an excellent trip. This condo was amazing. Well, kept up and looked great. There was 6 of us, and all slept comfortable. Joe, the owner of the property was on point. Very responsive when we would communicate. I highly recommend this property. Last year we stayed at the Sun Dial Lodge, great spot, but really liked the location of the 3 Kings Condos. We will definitely be staying here again in 2024. Thanks again Joe!

We stayed here for a week over Christmas and it was amazing. House has everything you could need. Super warm and cosy. Everything’s brand new. Perfect location - 3 min walk to nearest ski lift and bus stop. Great communication from owner when we had a query. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Had the most amazing stay at the condo. We did a girls trip & it was an ideal location for skiing/ snowboarding… you can walk to the lift & the bus picks you up right in front of the condo which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend for a big group! & I would surely come back

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's proximity to Park City was exactly what we were hopingmfor to explore downtown and Deer Valley resort. The free shuttle to the downtown transit center was a huge benefit, as parking downtown is a challenge.

This property was perfect for our yearly group ski trip. We had multiple different couples and 'uncoupled' guests and the amount of rooms, beds, and bathrooms was perfect. The hot tub was great for relaxing your muscles after a tiring day on the slopes. The Silver Star trail even opened up just in time for all of us to have the true "ski out" experience on our last day. The green bus will also get you to the mountain base in under 5 minutes, and the blue bus will get you back just as quickly. Joseph was a very helpful host and was quick to respond if we ever had a question. Would highly recommend this place to any group/large family looking to enjoy a fun trip to Park City!
