Welcome to Bear Hollow #4402, a warm and inviting Park City vacation rental located in the heart of Kimball Junction. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, making it an excellent choice for families and couples looking for an exceptional lodging experience in Park City Utah. Perched on the top floor, this home offers unobstructed views of the east mountains—perfect for savoring morning coffee or unwinding as the sun sets behind the peaks.

Inside, you’ll find a well designed living space complete with a cozy gas fireplace, plush seating, and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain adventure. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, while the open dining area provides plenty of space to gather and enjoy them together. For added convenience, this condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer as well as boot and glove warmers.

Bear Hollow Village offers a year-round community hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool (summer only) clubhouse with fitness center, community bbq area and walking trails that connect to nearby shops and restaurants. Housekeeping services are not included but available for purchase with advance notice. No pets/animals and no smoking is permitted with this rental.

This home includes one designated space in the heated underground garage. Additional parking is available just outside the front of the building; please remember to display the required pass. The HOA strictly enforces parking regulations, and vehicles without a pass may be towed at the guest’s expense.

This well-appointed property is comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. Its location is very convenient -- this trip was our third stay at the Lodges at Bear Hollow. Bear Hollow is close to skiing, Redstone Center, restaurants, movies, etc., and we like the heated garage! We only had one maintenance issue, and Cooper Wynn was prompt in sending someone over to check it out. We will be back!
