The Space:

Originally built in 1885 and thoughtfully remodeled in 2025, The Birdhouse preserves its historic charm while offering all the comforts of modern living. The home features two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Town Lift is approximately 4.5 blocks away for convenient access to Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort is just a short drive away.

Living Room:

✔ The bright and welcoming living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors. Whether you're watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, relaxing with a book, or spending time with family and friends, this cozy gathering space is designed for comfort. Step outside on the patio to fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the fire pit with family and friends enjoying the fresh mountain air.



Kitchen & Dining:

✔ The fully equipped kitchen features premium Viking appliances including induction stove, generous counter space, filtered drinking water, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

✔ A pour over coffee station make mornings easy, while the adjacent dining area offers a comfortable setting for shared meals or planning the day's adventures.

✔ The shared full bathroom is located on the main level and features heated tile floors along with a spacious walk in shower for added comfort.

✔ Street parking is available directly in front of the home for one vehicle only. One residential parking permit will be provided for your stay. Please note that we only provide one parking pass per reservation. If it is lost or not returned at checkout, a $150 replacement fee will apply.

✔ Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub that comfortably accommodates two to four guests.

✔ Security Cameras: Exterior Ring security cameras are installed at the front entrance and rear walkway only. There are no cameras inside the home.



**Pets: Dogs are welcome during the summer season from May through December. Additional pet fees and approval apply.**

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home throughout their stay, including the private hot tub, outdoor spaces, and laundry facilities. Self check in instructions and your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient check in experience.

Located in Park City's highly desirable Old Town neighborhood, The Birdhouse places you just steps from Historic Main Street. Enjoy easy access to award winning restaurants, local boutiques, art galleries, coffee shops, live entertainment, and seasonal events without needing to drive. During the winter, Town Lift is approximately 4.5 blocks away, providing convenient access to Park City Mountain, while Deer Valley Resort is only a short drive from the home.



Getting Around:

One of the best features of The Birdhouse is its exceptional location. Historic Main Street is just a staircase away, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife on foot.



Town Lift is within walking distance for convenient ski access, and Park City's complimentary free transit system provides transportation throughout town, including Park City Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, Kimball Junction, and many other popular destinations.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a historic home that has been carefully restored while maintaining its original character.



To help preserve the home, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes indoors and store all skis, snowboards, and ski boots in the designated storage areas rather than bringing them inside.



Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.



We provide one parking pass per stay. If it is lost or not returned at checkout, a $150 replacement fee will apply.
