Spacious Townhome Centrally Located, Pet Friendly, Hot Tub & Bonus Basement Room

Wonderful mountain townhome just recently built offering modern flare and tastefully decorated with warm, cozy mountain style. A great central location within minutes to all that Park City has to offer including the slopes, shops, downtown restaurants, hiking and biking trails and only 20 minutes away from Salt Lake. Also the home is within walking distance to great local shops and restaurants just a few steps away and also Woodward Snow Park is right around the corner! Enjoy your privacy in the master suite that takes up the entire top floor with your own large en-suite bathroom. The main floor offers a Great Room with fireplace, smart TV, large dining table and open gourmet kitchen. Also on the main floor is an extra large 2nd bedroom with sleeping for 4 with 2 bunkbeds and a queen sleeper sofa, along with an en-suite bathroom with a full tub / shower. Enjoy mountain views from the extra large back patio while relaxing in your own private hot tub. On the ground level is a bonus basement room with a large flat screen TV, bar, refrigerator and a queen / sleeper sofa couch for relaxing and enjoying the games. Plenty of parking with an attached garage and large driveway. Property offers an in home washer / dryer and is pet friendly for small dogs. Come get away from the hustle and bustle in this cozy mountain townhome, centrally located so you can embark on a different adventure each day!

Wonderful place!

A wonderful place to stay for our family! It was really well updated and very nice accommodations. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were wonderful. We particularly loved the hot tub with the afternoon sun shining on the deck. This place is really wonderful for easy access to Kimball Junction and Park City when I 80 has heavy traffic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Place

We will for sure stay here again. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers in our group. The accommodations were very comfortable, well equipped and very pleasant. We didn't spend much time at "home" due to our competition schedule so the somewhat limited seating for all of us in the living area was not a concern. Cooking was easy, number of bathrooms excellent for a group of our size, and having a garage to stage gear in was a bonus. The location was great for us (needed to be close to the Olympic Park) but if we were skiing PC, DV, or really any other nearby resort it would have been perfect. Owner was very, very good at communicating. Of the many places I've rented in my travels this was one of the best.

Park City Fun

We had a great stay in this beautiful townhouse. Even though there was a snowstorm it still made it fun to all be together as a family and take my daughter skiing for the first time and she is officially hooked! The townhouse is completely stocked with all kitchen essentials and the bedroom and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. It is centrally located to markets and shopping. The hosts are great and very responsive to all questions/concerns. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home in convenient location

we had a great stay at this property. it's comfortable and cozy and love the decor. easy to find and right off the freeway. quick 15 min drive to park city. grocery store and dining right across the street, walkable. friendly neighbors. plenty of linens, cookware, dining ware. tv and internet access was seamless. enjoyed some of the games as well. love the hangout room on the bottom floor and of course the jacuzzi. there are a couple staircases to navigate fyi. thanks so much for a great stay. we hope to be back again next year!
