    Big Bear Hollow House



    The Space:

    Luxury and convenience meet in this beautiful vacation home in Bear Hollow! With a private hot tub and access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a shared pool, there's plenty of room for up to 13 guests to share this home, and something special for every member of your group to love.



    Enjoy a great location in the Bear Hollow neighborhood close to Park City - Canyons Village, and just a quick bus ride to shopping and dining in Kimball Junction or downtown Park City.



    There's also two separate living areas with fireplaces, TVs, and comfortable seating. A private hot tub on the deck provides a cozy space to soak underneath the stars after a long day on the ski slopes or hiking trails!



    The home also features a nicely equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a washer/dryer so you can pack light.



    The two master suites each have queen beds and private baths, while a third bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bunk rooms - one with one set of twin bunk beds and another with one set and a standalone twin.



    You'll be close to skiing at Deer Valley Resort, one of three skiers-only resorts in the nation, and the 7,300 acres of Park City Resort. Summer adventures include hiking, mountain biking, and whitewater rafting. The charming downtown area of Park City has shopping and dining to enjoy year-round.



    From family reunions to getaways with good friends, this spacious Northern Utah vacation rental offers a lovely home away from home!

    *Due to the size of the pool, the clubhouse card admits up to six guests only. Groups larger than six will be turned away. Please plan your pool visits accordingly. Thank you for your consideration.*

    Community hot tub is open year round

    Community pool at clubhouse is open for the summer months only.

    Please note the HOA/clubhouse only allows up to 6 guests at the pool per home at a time.

Great place!

Fun Sundance weekend with friends

This was our second time staying in this home during Sundance and we had a great time. Everything was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the hot tub.

Excellent trip!

The house was great for several families and kids! Convenient location to shopping and a short drive to the mountains, or a short walk to the bus stop. We had a wonderful time.

Bobsled Drive

Nice home, lot's of room, beds, and baths. Few minutes to Canyons, restaurants, and downtown Park City - great location for us. Great condition and furnishings.

We really enjoyed our time at Bear Hollow and the support was great - when there was an issue with the washing machine, they came right over.

Great!!

Great location, well stocked, plenty of space. Had a party of 13 staying there and we all enjoyed our stay. Very nice appliances, furnishings and bedding, you don't need anything except your personal items and groceries!

Bear Hollow was fantastic

The home was a great size for a large group - and very convenient to get to the rest of Park City. Staff was very quick to respond to issues (our dryer broke) and pleasant to work with. would stay again easily.

The Big Bear Hallow house

We stayed in the house for 3 nights. Everything was great!!! So clean and nice. We had a large group and things were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this home to any one looking for the perfect Park City vacation!!!

Fun Sundance weekend with friends

I've stayed in the Bear Hollow neighborhood three times during Sundance, and each trip has been amazing! It's convenient to get to from Salt Lake and a quick drive to the ski resorts and downtown. This house wasn't quite as nicely furnished as some I've stayed in, but it was still nice and everything was clean and in great shape. It worked out well to accomodate our large group.

Comfortable, lots of room, convenient location

We were two families (2 adults, 2 kids per family) who enjoyed a long weekend at this property. It was very comfortable with lots of room. Enjoyed the separate living areas and multiple levels. Took full advantage of the hot tub. Great location close to Kimball Junction, Canyons and downtown Park City. Look forward to going back.
