“Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. ”

“As with many properties these days since Covid, the servicing of the room is very poor. It is amazing how management has taken one of the best group of workers and turned them into some of the worst group of workers. Of course this is all in the name of greed and recognizing what they got away with during Covid. So they charge $25.00to have your sheets changed. They didn’t inform me of this although they said they did and will not remove the charge. The greed of upper management and ownership...

“Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room.
Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. Reported it, they send a technician problem still persisted.
I guess if you dont use a car in Utah and dont take...

“The property is in a great location, clean and family friendly. I would suggest they add multiple hooks around the room and bathroom as there are only 2 hooks total (in the bathroom) and very little storage for luggage. Also communication is hit or miss depending on the time of day. And last the property is a maze so a little more direction on getting around at check in would have been helpful. Thank You. ”

“Room was great. Access to all lodge amenities. Great location. The gondola, restaurants and shops all outside the lodge. Complimentary ski storage was great. Check in was a little confusing but worked out ok. Condo manager was very attentive. Parking per day required, garage access is tight for larger vehicles. ”
