Put together delicious meals in the open full kitchen featuring modern appliances like a French door refrigerator, plus a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for four people. Behind the kitchen is the spacious main floor bedroom that sleeps 4 with flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a large tub / shower. A private hot tub / spa is located on the back balcony along with a gas grill set up for guests to enjoy the mountain views and quiet evenings in style. When it comes to comfort, this home is full of cozy corners and comfortable seating. The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor and features an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
