BENVENUTO A "MOUNTAIN CREST" ... un rifugio alpino con tre camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato che include tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e la vasca idromassaggio oltre a mobili e aggiornamenti di design in tutto.

POSIZIONE ECCEZIONALE DELLA CITTÀ VECCHIA… La casa è idealmente situata nello sviluppo del condominio di Town Pointe su Park Avenue, l'indirizzo più desiderabile nella Città Vecchia di Park City. È un semplice isolato, una passeggiata sul marciapiede per l'ascensore della città e Main Street ... accesso alle montagne, ristoranti di classe mondiale, negozi e divertimenti a portata di mano.

DESIGN DI MONTAGNA CONTEMPORANEA ... Splendidamente arredate e comodamente invitanti ... questa casa è perfetta se stai cercando la sistemazione ideale e la posizione combinata. La planimetria è aperta e invitante. La cucina e la sala da pranzo fluiscono senza soluzione di continuità nel soggiorno creando lo spazio ideale per riunirsi con amici e familiari. The Living Room, con camino a gas e Smart TV da 60 ", è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una grande giornata sciando, cavalcando o facendo escursioni sui sentieri del PC. E non devi andare lontano per portare il relax al livello successivo ... la nuovissima vasca idromassaggio si trova appena fuori sul nostro ponte privato coperto.

Le sistemazioni includono 3 camere da letto ben arredate… Le camere da letto principale (King) e Guest (King) dispongono di bagno privato completo. La terza camera da letto (Twin over Queen Bunk) ha un bagno indipendente accessibile anche dall'atrio che conduce alla zona giorno principale.

Il salotto ha una TV da 60 "con soundbar, cavo Xfinity HD con funzionalità DVR, lettore Blu-ray e Apple TV. Gli ospiti possono connettersi tramite bluetooth alla soundbar e riprodurre la propria musica tramite Pandora, Spotify o ITunes. La camera da letto principale ha una TV HD da 50 ", la camera per gli ospiti Queen ha un 40" e la camera doppia ha un 32 ".

Ideal Location

Very nice condo, well-outfitted, and very close to downtown. The free "Prospector" bus picks up and drops off literally at the Town Pointe complex so it cannot be more convenient to get to/from the main ski area. If you want to walk to Town Lift, it's about 500 yards...easily doable in ski boots. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

Outstanding and centrally located

We had two couples in our party and it was perfect. Three bedrooms and two of them had en-suite bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! Located in downtown Park City and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, bars and more. The place is very well appointed with everything we could have wanted or needed. Highly recommended!

Comfy Stay

This property was just as advertised. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Hot tub was fun. Only downfall was when unit above was occupied. We could hear all the movement above and it was a little distracting. We would return to this unit if we make it to Park City again.

Stop searching and book this unit!

This was our second year in this condo. It is immaculate! The dishes, silverware, and pots/pans are quality and clean. What you see is what you get; it is beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. You cannot beat the location! Our family walked to the town lift each morning. There is also free public transportation that stops right outside the complex. The bus can take you to the mountain if you don’t want to walk the short distance to the town lift. We enjoyed walking around Main St. each day, you really don’t need a car if you stay here. We used Grocery Girls to have groceries delivered before we checked in. We had a wonderful time in Park City, we’ll be back!

This condo was well stocked with spices and all the things we needed. Additionally they had very good pots pans plates etc. and the management company was great. When we called them to report a clogged sink one day the plumber was there to fix it the nezt

Awesome place, great location.

The property manager was amazing and accommodated us greatly. The location was perfect, had a ski locker in the covered parking which was nice for our stuff. The condo was cozy and had wonderful common areas. Would stay here again.

Great Location

We were in town on a business trip and wanted to stay close to Park City downtown area. This was a great location, walking distant to stores & restaurants. The condo was well kept and very clean. We would stay again!

Perfect

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This condo was exceptionally clean, not a stray hair anywhere! Dishes, glassware, utensils were spotless. Walking distance to Main Street was the deciding factor, very convenient. The city bus stopped right in front of the unit. I used that to meet up with the skiers in the family, and it’s free! Safe for all ages, no glass tables or delicate knickknacks; but beautifully decorated. If you have teens or 20 something’s, book now! It was awesome to let them walk right to Main Street to get coffee, shop, etc. Nicely stocked with toiletries, t-paper, paper towels. Highly recommend using Grocery Girls to have your food delivered before you arrive!

Clean and walkable

This property was beautiful and clean. We were surprised and pleased with what the unit had stocked! It was great to have olive oil, laundry detergent, etc. The layout is perfect for 6 adults as each couple can have their own room and bathroom. Covered parking is just below the property that has a locker to store your ski equipment. The location of this property is great- easy access to downtown and a short walk to the town lift. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.!

Great location!

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere! The condo was extremely clean & updated. Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working during our stay (it was outside of the host’s control) but besides that it was the perfect trip! Would definitely recommend.

Fun family reunion

Our adult kids met up with us at this lovely condo in Park City for. Ski vacation. Nicely appointed decor, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a hot tub on the porch. What’s not to love about that? We highly recommend this unit and would stay here again on future trips to Park City.

Ski trip

Comfortable condo that is very walkable to the town lift and everything old town PC offers. Unit has all the comforts of home and is very well maintained - like new. Highly recommend. Garage parking also a bonus.

What’s great experience at Mountain Creat in Jan 2023! The check in team were very easy to work with, the amenities of the unit were top notch and there was quite a bit of staples left by previous guests so we didn’t have to buy that olive oil, salt, ziplocks etc! The furnishings were very luxe and comfortable! The location is a quick stroll into town for dining, shopping and the Park City Town lift!

Excellent location!

My son and I stayed at this wonderful property. It was exactly how it is listed and the pictures are accurate. We would stay again. The location in excellent, especially if you want to be able to walk to Main Street. We are so happy we stayed here, it made our trip that much more special being able to come back and relax after long days of exploration and fun.
