Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
First, the great stuff. The location was near perfect. Easy access to restaurants and right across the street from the ski parking lot. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. The bed was comfortable and the steam shower was nice. With all the snow, the parking garage was appreciated and was located in
a quiet complex. This unit has the opportunity to be great but really needs some TLC. Overall the unit felt a little grungy, especially when we see the cleaning fee price tag. There were 4/5 dead bugs in the living room and another 4/5 dead bugs in the bedroom. Someone’s old contact lenses on the floor in the bathroom and just a lot of dust: Tables, bed frame, nightstands, fans, etc were covered in dust. So much so, we had to pick up allergy medicine. Pictures were crooked, the glass cover on the entry way light is about to fall off. There were 2 coffee makers, one didn’t work and the other didn’t work well. A hand written sign on a window that said “broken, don’t open” and patch of missing drywall in the hall bathroom. I understand repairs need to happen, but it just added to the overall grungy feel. After a little house keeping we enjoyed our stay but we won’t visit this property again.
