However the most notable part of the stay was the friendliness of the person who checked us in. We had a problem with our TV and he responded immediately and solved the problem. “The room was nice. When I arrived earlier than I expected, the people working at the front desk let me check in early. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were amazing. The outdoor hot tub on the pool balcony was really nice to relax in. The breakfast was really good. Hotel staff were lovely and seemed to care about each guest. I was even more impressed when I arrived to the hotel than I expected from the pictures I saw on the listing. ”
