Situato nel cuore della città, a meno di mezzo miglio dal famoso Park City Mountain Resort. Il condominio si trova appena fuori dall'affascinante centro storico, con la storica Main Street con ristoranti a quattro stelle, negozi di classe mondiale e gallerie d'arte uniche. Fai pochi passi a Fresh Market per generi alimentari, Starbucks, cinema, un negozio di liquori, ristoranti, negozi e uno dei locali preferiti, Squatters Brewery.

    Una delle cose migliori di questa città è il sistema di autobus urbani GRATUITO che consente ai visitatori di raggiungere ovunque la necessità di andare senza auto e la fermata dell'autobus si trova proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro del tuo condominio! Se scegli di noleggiare un'auto, c'è un posto auto coperto riservato per questa unità.

    Il piano inferiore presenta un layout aperto con la cucina aperta sullo spazio abitativo principale, soffitti da 24 piedi e un piacevole e accogliente camino a gas per coccolarsi dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste. La cucina è stata recentemente aggiornata con ripiani in granito, mobili personalizzati e nuovi elettrodomestici. Il piano inferiore dispone anche di una lavatrice e asciugatrice in-unit, una zona pranzo e una piccola stanza di polvere. Al piano superiore ci sono 3 camere da letto - Una grande master suite con un letto matrimoniale, un balcone con vista sulle montagne e un bagno completo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha 2 letti a castello (4 letti singoli). Il condominio comprende anche via cavo e wifi ad alta velocità.

    Il complesso condominiale di Park Avenue comprende una piscina riscaldata e due vasche idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni in modo da poter godere di un rilassante bagno all'aperto dopo una lunga giornata in giro. Nota: la piscina e le vasche idromassaggio sono chiuse dal 20 aprile al 21 maggio e dall'8 settembre all'8 dicembre. 5. I campi da tennis non sono aperti durante l'inverno.

    Durante i mesi estivi, godrai anche di questa posizione privilegiata, poiché si trova sul campo da golf di Park City e fa il backup di escursioni a piedi e piste ciclabili di livello mondiale. La nostra casa lontano da casa offre un'incredibile avventura tutto l'anno e include tutti i servizi che ti aspetteresti da un affitto di montagna di lusso, a pochi passi da Park City Mountain Resort.

    I visitatori di SUNDANCE apprezzeranno anche la posizione di questo condominio. Amazing family ski trip

Great host, very accommodating! Clean property and very close to Park city mountain. Great location, very close to transit and grocery store. Community pool and hot tubs were fantastic after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here!

This condo is wonderful. It's in a convenient location (walking distance to theaters, Fresh Market, the library Twisted Fern (a restaurant with delicious food), bus stops to other parts of town, and the condo is well equipped. There was even detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine.The host is extremely accommodating. She let me stay in the condo past the 10 am check out time and last year she let me store my suitcase in the snow closet after I checked out.I hope I get another opportunity to stay in this condo.

Spacious, Comfortable, Convenient, and a Wonderful Host

This place was amazing. It was spacious, comfortable, very convenient for getting around Park City, and, on top of that, the host was wonderful and accommodating. She asked when we were going to arrive and made arrangements to store our belongings until the place was cleaned and ready for moving in. I would jump at the opportunity to rent this place again.

This location is fantastic, one stop (usually) from PCM, great space for families, a quick walk across the street for groceries and 1~ mile from Main St. Most importantly, Mackenzie was GREAT to work with. Thank you!

New year’s in Park City!

This was our 5th ski trip with good friends and the place was perfect! Our boys had their own room with bunk beds, the kitchen was a perfect place to socialize! Safe neighborhood, comfy beds, and was pretty quiet. Took a bit to figure out the path to the base but we figured it out. The skiing was meh with lack of snow and the ski patroller strike but the place was great!

Amazing Host and Wonderful Property

The host was extremely hospitable; she allowed for early check in, late check out, and storing luggage in a locked storage closet after we checked out. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were power strips by each side of the king bed so that I could charge multiple devices, and on top of all that the water in the showers was delightful. The condo is convenient to theaters, the library, Freshmarket, and buses to many parts of town. I strongly recommend this property and host. I look forward to staying there again.

Perfect cozy ski launchpad

Fabulous location, comfortable beds, great kitchen and area to hang out. This condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were two families of 3, with teen sons who enjoyed the bunk beds. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We’d definitely recommend the place to others and stay again.

Location is perfect!

Owner is super responsive and very helpful. Location is really good. You do NOT need a car. We rode the bus everywhere with no problem. For a small fee the owner had our condo stocked with food before arrival. What a plus. Highly recommend this service. We had 6 adults on our ski trip. The place needs some updating and housekeeper could do a better job but it was comfortable. The beds were comfortable which is another huge plus. The common hot tubs are nice. Internet is VERY GOOD. Which was a plus for the video production techie's in our group. PN California

Location, then some!

Mackenzie’s condo is as advertised; ideal location! We walked to the shuttle in ski boots and were at PCM in 5 minutes. Fresh Market and good restaurants all close walks too. We walked to/from town more then we shuttled. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty spacious for six adults. Some updating (bathrooms, carpet) could be done but, honestly, feel like that’s nitpicking. Mackenzie is a pleasure to deal with and runs the process extremely efficiently. If we were to return to Park City I would definitely stay here again.

Met our needs well for Sundance Film Festival

We stayed with a group of friends during the back end of Sundance and then a couple more days, and this place met our needs completely. It is well looked after from beginning to end. The photos give an accurate depiction of the property. The location is excellent, especially for Sundance Film Festival and other times of the year for walking or free shuttle bus access to food stores, shopping, dining and everything Park City has to offer. The condo itself is typical of many built circa 1980: somewhat dated exterior and floor plan, but the place has been updated. Some units of this size in Park City are very "vertical" so you find yourself climbing up and down stairs. This one is on two levels and is long front to back. A nice feature. Everything you need -- and sometimes more than you need -- is onsite. The kitchen in particular is well kitted out for vacation use: There is enough of everything, and it's easy to find (once you figure out what switches control which lights). Example: There appear to be 2 working blenders! Plenty of cookware and utensils, dishes and cutlery. (We made breakfast and some meals in.) The living room is comfortable for a good-sized group, and there are two-plus spaces for seated meals. Should you attempt the 500-piece puzzle, make sure you have some time and a lot of eyeballs and decent lighting. The owner Mackenzie is almost laughably helpful. I don't think I waited 5 minutes for a response to any text message. I would have texted less if I had paid closer attention to the very handy and comprehensive condo orientation book that she provides to users. The pool and hot tub for the complex is down the street a few minutes walk away, and has limited hours. You won't be able to have a late-evening soak.

This is a charming condo in an ideal location. We had 5 adults, and didn't feel at all crowded. The owner was very responsive to all queries. Two thumbs up!

Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the midst of the Enchanting Natural Beauty of Telluride

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the Park City area in general. The unit is very convenient and very comfortable. We really liked the layout, the interior views and the covered parking. Perhaps some updating would make it even better. Nothing major, just a few loose plumbing fittings, new carpeting maybe. The furniture in the courtyard looked as though it had been discarded. Maybe it should be.

Great spot

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent. Condo is spacious and clean. We even drove to PCMR to ski as the drive felt like half a mile. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were downplayed a bit. They are very nice and we enjoyed them just about every day.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

A group of 7 of us, all adults, stayed here for a week and it was perfect. It was very clean and spacious, enough room for all of us and had all of the amenities you would need for your stay. Very close distance to the bus stop which we walked to everyday. In just a few minutes you can be in the Park City or Canyons ski base. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in the best location!

A terrific condo perfect for our Sundance-attending group! Clean, well-appointed, and spacious, with all the amenities (and super soft sheets!!). Plus an excellent location - literally across the street from Fresh Market and the DoubleTree. Quiet condo complex, too, and key-entry so easy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, with prompt communication, and flexible on check in/check out. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back. Thank you!!

Very comfortable, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room, the furniture was all very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The location was wonderful - right on the bus line in both directions and with grocery and retail shopping a few steps awaay. We walked downtown for dinner - might be a bit long for some but we're walkers so it was great. Plus it's downhill on the way home! Park City Mountain Resort was just around the corner. We had one non-skier in our party so she was our "driver" and was able to drop us off and pick us up in a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was a short drive to Park City Resort in the morning and cheap Uber or Lyft rides to downtown at night. It was a great fit for our family of 5.
