This 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury retreat features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of windows to greet the morning sun or watch the snowflakes fall.



    Within this 2,530 square-foot residence, your Family will have all the comforts of a perfect vacation home. This home sleeps 9 in beds.



    Living: You have two living spaces to choose from. The living room is located on the main level with an open space concept. Here you can cozy up to the Gas Fireplace and enjoy watching the snow fall outside from the large bay window. Continue downstairs to the second spacious Family area which has numerous seating options for your entire group to gather around for a game or movie night.



    Primary bedroom: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Gas Fireplace and window bench to catch up on your favorite book.



    Second bedroom: queen bed with a shared full size bathroom and private access door to the back porch.

Ski Park City

We had a fantastic experience with KBM Resorts. The communication was frequent covering all the basics from the accommodation, to local spots, and delivery of groceries, if needed. The place we stayed was exceptionally clean upon check-in and the provided directions were perfect. Any questions we had were answered in a speedy fashion. We highly recommend KBM Resorts.

Amazing House!

This was the perfect ski house for our family. It was so well equipped and beautifully decorated. The primary suite is huge. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the movie room, especially with the Super Bowl and Olympics going on this week. Just a short walk to Main Street and the Town Lift.

PWS-957 Park City Rental

The house was clean and in good condition. The beds slept well, kitchen was well equipped. Radiant floor heat was nice, no need to wear slippers. We would stay here again, very nice. Close to downtown and town lift.

Wonderful home in excellent location!

Excellent location and wonderful home! Easy walk to the town lift and Main Street. The property manager was able to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out for us and also offered to help with ski rentals, grocery delivery, activities, etc. House was fully stocked and they provided detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Park City House

We recently rented a KBM property in Park City and it was fantastic. Perfect location (walking distance to Main Street), beautiful house (well stocked, spacious and clean), and the managers were easy to communicate and work with. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful home, excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Location was perfect - just a short walk to the town lift as well as all the restaurants and shops on Main Street so you don't need a car. The property manager was very responsive and was able to accomodate an early check-in and late check-out for our group, which we greatly appreciated. The house was stocked and had little extras like detergent for washing machine and dishwasher. Also, plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Excellent Ski Vacation House

Great location (short walk to Town Lift) - very attractive and well-equipped house. Coffee was graciously supplied for our first morning, as well as other amenities including paper supplies, detergents, L'Occitane toiletries, etc - anything we could think of was at our fingertips. All operating instructions were clear and the house was well-maintained. There are lots of stairs (4 floors) so it may not be suitable for everyone. Highly recommend!
