Park City King's Crown C302 is the best choice to experience luxury resort living. located mountainside at Park City Mountain Resort, King's Crown is a new ski-in/ski-out community that offers ski access via a unique and exclusive tower and ski lounge, which is just a 3 minute walk form your front door. With its on-mountain location, the home is a supreme choice for summer getaways as well! In the warmer months you can enjoy the weather and stroll down to Main Street for shopping and dining. There is also a stop for Park City's free public transit just a moment's walk down the road for easy access to all of Park City including Kimball Junction and Deer Valley.


The home features 1762 square feet of space over three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, all to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.



Entering through the front door via the garage, you will step into main living area featuring living room, dining area, and kitchen.



Living Room: This room boasts a plush contemporary sectional, gorgeous gas fireplace, Smart TV, and access to the private deck with outdoor table and chairs to take in the beautiful surrounding views.



Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space features high-end stainless steel appliances, a SubZero refrigerator, gorgeous stone counter tops, and unique bar seating for four.



Dining Area: Seating for up to six.



Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Master bedroom 1 — King size bed, 65” Smart TV, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers large tile and glass (steam) shower, and separate soaking tub.



Master Bedroom 2 – King bed, 50” Smart TV, and the en-suite bathroom offers a spacious glass and tile shower.



Bedroom 3 —Queen size bed, 55” Smart TV, and access to full bathroom with spacious glass and tile shower.



Community Amenities: The community amenities accentuate the luxury offerings of this property. The King's Crown Ski Tower, located just up the street, offers a ski locker room and a skier's lounge with comfortable furnishings, bar seating, a big screen TV, après ski snacks and beverages, and ski-in/out access to the slopes. Playing in Park City

The accommodations were spacious enough for all five adults. The three things that stood out for us were the well stocked CHEF ready kitchen. Love, love, loved the attention to detail with all the prep items they were high end and made for a wonderful experience when prepping all of our meals. The owners suite steam shower, a game changer after long ski days! The proximity to the slope could have not been better. Go out of the garage door turn left, two blocks down you are at the base of the mountain ready to get on a lift! If we return back to Park City, we would definitely look at coming here first! Thanks

Terrific condo with great ski on and off access

Terrific condo. Clean, new, and spacious. Comfortable beds and spacious closets and bathrooms. Large kitchen and comfortable seating options for our family of 6. All the amenities you could want, including a small hot tub and pool in the building. Our kids really enjoyed it at end of day. Also, a decent sized gym ( if you have any energy after skiing). Great location. We could easily walk to Park City resort and start skiing. Or we could use the ski on/ski off access. Ski on and ski off is for intermediate (maybe advanced beginners) and above. Ski on takes you to the end of blue run (Kings Cross) and you have a short ski down to Payday and Crescent lifts. Ski off requires you to ski a couple of blues (mostly Payday and Kings Cross). Ski on and off terrain is not groomed so it can get a bit patchy and it’s narrow but it’s short. Beginner skiers will have a hard time with it. But they can easily walk to/from main resort area down Lowell Street. It’s a 5 min walk at most with ski boots on and carrying skis. The ski locker in the tower makes it very easy to keep your skis there overnight and to stop back at the condo for breaks without carrying your gear. Condo is a very short walk (2 min) away from the ski tower, which is up a short flight of stairs. Grab your skis from the locker in the ski tower and take the elevator up to level 4 and you’re on the ski on access point. It could hardly be any easier. We highly recommend this place.
