Summary:
A stone's throw away from all of the action in the Historic Old Town Main Street, this well-appointed condo is situated in the heart of everything Park City offers. A lovely space to unwind after a fun day out on the slopes, this modern condo is the perfect gateway to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. With Park City Town Lift only a few minutes walk from the front door entrance of this condo, exciting mountain adventures and outdoor experiences are at your fingertips.

The Space:
As you return from a day of outdoor adventures, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect place to sit back and unwind. Relax on the plush sofa with a matching love seat, and additional armchair seating in the family room. Guests will appreciate the warmth of the fire permeating throughout the room from the indoor wood fireplace. Unwind from the day while streaming your favorite show on the flat-screen TV, as you cozy up with your loved ones.

The private outdoor balcony will have you gazing out into the beautiful glow of the night sky -- step out, enjoy the fresh mountain breeze, and take in the beautiful sceneries surrounding this charming condo.

The fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and the stylish granite countertop is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up a gourmet meal. Keep the cook in good company with the breakfast bar stool seating for up to 4. As the aroma begins to fill the house, gather in the dining area where you can enjoy your scrumptious dinner, while exchanging exciting stories of your time on the slopes.

Recharge for the night in the main bedroom that features a beautiful king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lovely views from the window, ample closet space, and a full bathroom, around the corner, with a shower/tub combo. Additional guests will have access to a second bedroom, that features two comfortable queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a modern walk-in shower.

For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool and a coin-operated laundry room are also available in the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home with a private outdoor balcony. You will also have access to ONE (1) free parking spot on the premises. Guests can park in any open spot that states it is for Park Station Guests.

There is a large parking lot in front of Building 2, plus additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Old Town and Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.

With Park City Mountain Town Lift a block away from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Our cozy condo is the perfect place to call basecamp after a day exploring the mighty Wasatch Mountains. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a block away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. There is a bus stop outside the building, which is a great FREE way to get around the entire Park City area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this home has central heating and air conditioning unit. The thermostat is located in the living room on the wall behind the TV.

The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor of building 2.

Please note that there is a new bike shed located near the Ice Rink on the side of Building 2 if needed.

Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals.

The pool closes at the end of the ski season on April 23 and will re-open on Memorial Day Weekend. The indoor hot tub will be closed for the entire month of May due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The hallway remodel project will begin at the end of ski season in Building 1 on the 4th floor and work down. Once Building 1 is completed they will move to Building 2 starting on the 4th floor and working down.

The project is expected to be completed sometime in August. Please inform our guests that there can be noise, construction debris, and smells at certain times throughout this process and the contractor is allowed to work till 6 pm, with no work on Sundays and on holidays.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Park Station HOA will be performing outdoor renovations over the summer, and the pool, sauna and hot tub will be temporarily closed until December 1st, 2026.

The condo and property were very well kept. It was close to a multi use path for running, walking, cycling. It was 2 minutes away from town, which was great. However the property was secluded so you did not feel like you were so close to town. It was perfect for us.

We stayed at this condo in February. We did not receive check-in info from management in a timely manner so we sat at a nearby grocery store waiting for someone to call us back with info on check-in. Condo is on the dark side with brown shag carpet. The whole condo is kind of brown and someone had written "wash me" on the sliding glass door. Location is good, parking was easy and convenient. It is an uphill walk to the extremely SLOW chairlift. Overall, this condo is fine but if you are picky (like me) it may not be your best choice.

The listing was exactly as described with a great location and view of the mountain. Main Street is right outside the door, there is a large heated pool and hot tub, a very spacious and clean condo, all the cooking tools and utensils you could need, comfortable sleeping arrangements, we definitely would stay again. I was there in summertime, and there are hiking trails all over the place. Having the and the air-conditioning was great( although it’s a bit loud) but it was appreciated.

Outstanding place and right at the beginning of Main Street. Balcony is private due to how the trees make it that way. Beautiful view of Mountain amd pool and hot tub below. Top floor. We Loved it!

Great condo! Has all of the essentials and a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Enjoyed the on property hot tub after skiing. Very close to Town Lift (3-5 minute walk). We will definitely be booking again for the end of the season!

Are family is split between Epic and ikon passes.m, so the apt was perfect. Park city bus outside the complex that goes to Deer Valley or Park Meadows. The town lift is a block away. We enjoyed the location, apartment is great condition, very comfortable for a family of 3. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the fire place on 2 nights. The propoertu manager was excellent. Only issue was we lost $5 on the laundry change machine. Would highly recommend. The Park City ski rentals also offers a discount for Park a station residents.

We have skied PC several times. This condo location was our favorite! We were one block from Town Lift and Main Street shopping/dining. The condo is comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo has everything you might need. Full kitchen, all amenities, extra towels, tons of pillows, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves. Very comfortable. And you're right at the bottom of Main St. where we spent most of our time when not mountain biking. They keep the place in great shape and as another renter said, top floor, end unit is quiet. We will be back. Only drawback, and it's not the fault of the owners, is a small parking lot. It wasn't very crowded when we were there and yet the lot was full each night.

Can’t beat this location. Walk out the door to all of the restaurants and shops. one block to town lift for skiing. Condo was clean and well appointed with anything you might need. Kitchen was really nice. Condo was a very comfortable space for me, my husband our 12y daughter and my in-laws. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was upgraded and very nice. Like new kitchen and bathrooms and immaculate. Proximity to Main Street and all of its shops, trendy restaurants, and the town lift to Park City ski resort was perfect for our family get away. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was a little stingy with towels at first, but the ended up bringing us extra. Overall, really good experience. Wish there was a digital channel outlet (for Netflix, Hulu, etc) to watch movies in the evenings; but this is obviously no biggie. Would for sure book again & recommend to others.

My girlfriends and I loved this little condo. Steps from townlift (we went straight in our ski boots) and all the best restaurants and bars. There we six of us and we fit perfectly with plenty of space.
