Hop on the complimentary ski shuttle to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. Stroll steps from your door to explore the Newpark Town Center, Swaner Nature Preserve, and the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse -- which offers a year-round heated pool, yoga, sports courts, and fitness equipment.

LIVING AREA

A sleeper sofa and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. At night, get cozy by the gas fireplace and gather to enjoy favorite shows on the 65” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with sleek granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. Enjoy your delicious meals around the four-person dining.

BED & BATH

This four-story condo sleeps six guests between two suites -- both equipped with a smart TV -- and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and bidet.

Sleep soundly in a plush queen bed in the second suite. The en-suite second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and also includes a bidet.

The third bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Socialize on the rooftop deck, featuring seating for four and stunning mountain views. Find ultimate aprés ski relaxation in the hot tub.

In the evening, cook burgers on the gas grill on the balcony.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a mudroom equipped with seating and cubbies for ski boots and outdoor gear.

Parking is available for two cars (one in the driveway and one in the garage). The garage is fitted with built-in ski and bike racks.

THE LOCATION

Find a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options next door at the Newpark Town Center.

Enjoy a peaceful meander through the Swaner Nature Preserve, offering 1,200 acres of beautiful open space, hiking and biking trails, birdwatching, and snowshoeing.

Walk 2 minutes to the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse for a year-round heated pool, yoga classes, pickleball and basketball courts, soccer fields, batting cages, a golf simulator, and exercise equipment.

Stroll just 100 yards to the complimentary ski shuttle to spend exciting days on the slopes of The Canyons (3.5 miles) Park City Mountain (6 miles), or world-renowned Deer Valley Resort (7.5 miles).

Visit historic Main Street in Park City, featuring an array of eateries, pubs, galleries, and boutiques, as well as street artists and musicians (6.5 miles).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo for ski vacation

We were in town for a family ski trip. Super close to Park City ski slopes. Nicely located if you wanted to venture up to Little cottonwood Canyon or big Cottonwood Canyon. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area.Nice rooftop hot tub. There are a lot of stairs in the condo.

Thanksgiving retreat

Nice newer 2 BR, 3BA townhome. Convenient location. Can walk to many shops and restaurants. Approximately 10 minutes to Park City ski area and Main Street. Has a good quality hot tub on their rooftop deck with some views. One car garage and one car driveway. Laundry room. Decent sized kitchen to comfortably cook in. Comfortable living room with smart TV and FP. We would enjoy staying again.

Great Location

Super great location. Nice place with a nice view. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of stairs. The unit is on the edge of needing some updates. Unit was clean but all of the windows were very dirty and it's obvious they have not been cleaned in a while.

Good location, clean

Overall, a good place to stay. Good location, garage is nice to have. We didn’t cook here but it appeared to have all you need. Seemed to be clean which is great! A few things to know. The unit is in between two other units, you could hear quite a bit of noise from one neighbor. Fireplace would have been nice but it only would work for 20 or so seconds and then shut off. The hot tub location is awesome, but the units jets were a little soft, seems like some didn’t even work. Also temp would not go above 99. Being a short stay, we didn’t reach out to Vacasa to deal with these items. Last, there are three sets of stairs and to get bags to bedrooms, you get to go up two of them. If you have a problem with stairs this is not the place for you.

Nice place - Central to Kimberly Junction

The townhouse was ask described so we were happy. The only change I would recommend is that all the lights in the house appeared to be at daylight level 5000k, without any dimmers. It would be nice to have softer lighting (~ 2700k) especially in the bedrooms). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great townhouse in a great location

Easy to walk to shopping, coffee, dinner, etc. We loved the access to the Greenway path around the Preserve, which is such a beautiful area. The condo was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. Positives: overall it was great and we would stay here again. Improvements: Pillows on master bed were flat and not comfortable. Master bedroom TV did not connect to the Internet. We only tried to use it on the last night and so it was no big deal. If we had more time I am sure we could have received help and figured it out.

Very nice and clean unit, good location

Unit is extremely clean, great layout on each floor. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and well appointed bedrooms. Only negative was Satalite TV and Cable was in the listing, but other than SamsungTV, there was not any other options. So, it you want to watch that all important game or catch the local news you will not be able to. Traded texts with management company and they said they would have someone come out and look, but never did. Also, other than salt and vegetable oil, there are no spices of any sort, so bring you own. But, again, very nice and clean unit.

Great Location

Overall this is a great place to stay. It is close to shops and restaurants in the area. We went to use the gas grill one night for dinner and the propane tank was out of gas. Overall the place was very clean except for the sleeper sofa. When we pulled it out to use it was dirty and had food crumbs all over it.

Bike Trip

The large single garage made it easy to load, unload and store our e-bikes securely. Our SUV with the bike rack on fit in the garage. There is an electrical outlet in an alcove in the garage to charge and store the e-bikes. The four house levels was a good step workout. We would stay there again.

Nice condo close to everything

Loved the location of condo, close to trails, walking distance to many restaurants, outdoor concerts on the weekends. The roof top patio w/hot tub was especially nice. However, be forwarned...there are LOTS of steep stairs. We will rent again!

Beautiful place. Conveniently located.

The town home is gorgeous and in a great location. It fit our party of three wonderfully. 3 bath a definite plus. Quiet other than trash pickup every morning was VERY noisy. We made good use of the hot tub and really enjoyed the view. Like any townhouse, lots of stairs…be aware. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

Great stay

Property was very clean, and well appointed and hot tub was welcome after a day of riding (Toto seats in the bathrooms were also a nice surprise). Very convenient to transit to Canyons base/Park City for snowboarding (2 min walk to bus stop from the condo), groceries (Smiths is right there and Whole Foods across the main road) and great restaurants in the Newpark area (Sushi Blue is recommended). One tip is to bring your own coffee; there is a coffee maker in the condo, but no coffee stocked (recommend owner adds coffee to the unit). However, Starbucks and another cafe are walking distance.

Beautiful stay!

We came to Park City to go skiing and this stay was perfect for that. I was happy with all of the amenities especially the hot tub after a long day of skiing. It was super convenient to have so many restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We will be back, thank you!

Convenient and just what we needed.

Check-in and check-out was very easy and straightforward. Location was great…close to restaurants, groceries and whatever we needed. Easy drive or bus ride to the slopes or downtown PC.

Few issues

Great home close to shopping and restaurants, although we had issues with animal urine smell, mold and few kitchen dishes were dirty. We were not notified that the fridge/freezer were not working. Super displeased.
