Perfect location for your ski vacation! Walk to PC Main Street or Deer Valley!

Ideally situated, only a 10 min walk to either Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge or Park City Main Street, this 2.5 bedroom 2.5 bath mountain retreat has everything you need for your ski vacation. Perfect for creating a memorable ski vacation for the whole family!

The spacious 2 floor luxury townhome offers an main floor open-plan family/kitchen/dining room. A newly remodeled chef's kitchen with Leibherr refrigerator has all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining table seats 8, the bar seats 2 more. After a fun filled day on the slopes, relax in the large family room, with room for everyone to watch your favorite Netflix shows on the big screen TV or curl up in-front of the gas fireplace with a warm beverage.

Downstairs, two large en-suite bedrooms and a bonus bunk room have plenty of room for the whole group. The main bedroom contains a King bed and sofa hide-bed and a TV with a Roku. The second bedroom contains 2 Queen Beds and a TV with Roku. The cozy bunk room has 2 twin beds (one set of bunk beds) and is the perfect room for kids.

A spacious 2 car garage has room for two vehicles and all your ski gear. Please note the garage clearance is 7’2” so tall vehicles with luggage or ski racks may not fit.

We are conveniently located half way between Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City Main Street, both of which are only a 10 minute walk. Park City offers a complementary shuttle, which is steps from our home, and runs from Deer Valley to Park City main Street to the Canyons Village. Only a 1 minute ride to either Main Street or Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and runs every 10 minutes.

Great Deer Valley condo with excellent location!

We really loved this condo. The location is great and the bus to Deer Valley takes about one minute. The common areas are super comfy and the kitchen is really well-outfitted. The bedrooms and general lay-out were perfect for our group.

Great Deer Valley Getaway

Great home away from home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Park City and this house made it that much more enjoyable. We were there for a week and couldn’t fathom staying in a hotel that long with two small kids…There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax in between activities. One very big plus for us was having a huge garage to park our car in. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. This was our first stay using VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. Scott and Jessie are an asset to VRBO and we hope to stay with them again.soon!

Clean and comfortable with a great location

My family stayed at this house over the Fourth of July. It is located in a great little community close to a walking trail, café, and small lake with a beach. We drove into town because we had little ones that would complain about tired legs but otherwise would be walkable. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and the beds are really comfy!

Great Location

We townhouse was very accommodating with large living room and open kitchen layout. Great location with a five minute shuttle ride to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Look forward to staying there again!

New Year Ski Vacation

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect. It was so clean and I am a neat freak. The kitchen is awesome. We cooked a few nights, but enjoyed so many good meals out. It is truly the perfect location. It was cozy sitting by the fire having morning coffee or cooking dinner. You never want to get sick on vacation, but our daughter did. She had to stay home several days, but said the big windows/living area made her enjoy her time. Location is perfect. We will definitely be back and have already shared this rental with friends. Scott and Jessie were awesome from booking to check out. You won't regret booking!

Beautiful house, fantastic location, with great hosts!

The house is very charming! The location is incredible! We were skiing deer valley mountain everyday which is a min drive away. And Main Street is few minutes car ride as well. The garage is perfect to store all your ski gear, which really helps minimizing the ski equipment clutter within the home. And the Scott the host, is very responsive, organized and was a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely book again.

We had an incredible time at this property. The house was in a great location, near a small market and coffee shop and a 15 min walk to Main Street. It was super clean and hosts were so responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Will definitely come back and stay here again! :)
