We had a great stay at this place. It's very close to the Jodanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. You practically can walk there. But it has both uphill and downhill walks so it'd be challenging with ski boots on and/or if you also carry skis and poles. But don't worry - The Gondola base has a free shuttle. If you stand on top of the Gondola parking lot (which is just a 2-minute walk from the building), the shuttle driver would see you and come to pick you up. At the end of the day, you can also leave your skis at the Gondola for free. Super convenient. The studio has an amazing view facing the Jodanelle Reservoir. It's facing the east so you have a great sunrise view. While the room itself is on a smaller side, it has a very decent size of bathroom and walking closet. The kitchen has everything you need, even including a mini microwave/oven combo. We like to cook our meals and the mini combo can handle baking nicely but we are not used to the microwave and boil functions.Our only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin. When we have loud neighbors, we can hear noises. During our 10-day stay, there were a couple of nights we can hear our neighbors. Luckily, most of the time we don't hear anything.
