    THE RESIDENCE
    This exquisite one-level 1747 square foot residence offers a flowing living room dinning area and kitchen design for your group to spread out while providing a warm welcoming gathering area perfect for entertaining. Sliding doors create an indoor outdoor experience with private terrace patio and private hot.

    LIVING AREA
    The main floor features a spacious open living area with modern steam fireplace below a wall mounted TV surrounded by plenty of seating for conversation, movie time and family gathering.

    KITCHEN
    The well appointed, fully stocked, gourmet kitchen including: induction cooktop, Combi-microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer.

    DINING AREA
    The dining table offers seating for 8 and provides the perfect setting for meals with additional seating for 5 at the breakfast bar.

    BEDROOM SUITES
    Primary Suite: King bed, smart TV, floor to ceiling windows, ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, dual vanity, heated floors, and walk-in closet.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Founders Place! The open floor plan was perfect for gathering and dining together, and we loved the private hot tub. The property has so much to enjoy, including a heated pool, sauna, game rooms, lounges, yoga studio, and fitness center. The free shuttle to Main Street and Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge was also very convenient.Our host met us on site, helped with our luggage and check-in, and shared great local recommendations for dining and things to do. We can’t wait to come back—especially during ski season to enjoy the ski-in, ski-out access. We’ll definitely stay at Founders Place again!

Five stars: we'll be back for ski season!!!Founders Place exceeded every expectation. The amenities are out of this world: game rooms, a heated pool, a sauna, and a fitness center with everything you could need. The shuttle to Main Street was handy, and you can't beat being right on the slopes.The condo itself was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable for our group of six and the private hot tub was a welcome bonus after a long day on the trails. We're already planning to return for a ski trip!

I've stayed in Park City countless times throughout my life, and this was by far one of the best stays I've ever had. From the location and the property itself to the amenities and the amazing property managers, this was a 10 out of 10 experience.The property was absolutely gorgeous, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked a few meals in, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we could possibly need. The beds were insanely comfortable, too!But oh my gosh, the amenities really made the experience. I would definitely suggest leaving yourself some time to just relax at the property and enjoy everything it has to offer, especially the spa and gym. Being right in the heart of Deer Valley was amazing. We did some beautiful hikes during our stay, and with Old Town so close, getting around was really easy.The property managers, Jennifer and Michael, were absolutely lovely. They welcomed us on arrival and were available to answer any questions throughout our stay. Honestly, we didn't have many because they provided so much helpful information before check-in and when we arrived.I cannot recommend this property enough!

Wow! This place was bonkers. The condo was exactly as described, brand new, well appointed and super comfortable. The amenties were out of this world. Pool, sauna, yoga studio, fitness center, shared hottub, although we had our own private hot tub. Rooms for the kids, golf simulator, ping pong. Really beautiful spot. Hosts were super accomodating, meeting us when we arrived and gave us great suggestions for dining and activites. Thanks again.
