    THE RESIDENCE
    This well-appointed three level residence offers ample room for your group to spread out while providing a warm and welcoming gathering areas perfect for entertaining apres ski.

    LIVING AREA
    The main floor features a spacious open living area with modern stone fireplace below a wall mounted TV surrounded by plenty of seating for conversation, movie time, games and family gathering.

    KITCHEN
    The well appointed, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer.

    DINING AREA
    The dining table offers seating for 8 and provides the perfect setting for meals with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

    BEDROOMS
    Primary Suite: King bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual vanity, bidet and stackable washer & dryer. Located on the second floor.

    Guest room 1: King bed, shared bathroom, Guest room 2, with walk-in shower. Located on the third floor.

    Guest room 2: Queen bed shared bathroom, Guest room 1, with walk-in shower. Located on the third floor.

We had an excellent stay! The property was bright, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer, walkable to Main Street and the bus line was so close and easy to take. The fall leaves were changing, it was beautiful. Everything was comfortable and welcoming, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We couldn't have asked for a better Park City base. The open living area, with its soaring 20-foot ceilings, is bright and full of natural light, and the kitchen is exceptionally well appointed. Everything we needed was already there. The primary suite is spacious and comfortable, and having two parking spots was a real plus in a town where parking is at a premium. Whole property was spotless! The location is ideal: an easy walk to Main Street for dinner, shopping, and everything else downtown.The hosts were attentive, responsive, and very easy to work with from booking through checkout. We'd happily stay again and recommend it without hesitation.

This property was the quintessential Park City stay. It really felt like we were staying in a mountain chalet-which we were!We did two back-to-back stays with the PARQ team. We started a little farther out of town in the heart of Deer Valley for some hiking, then moved to this property to enjoy being closer to Main Street. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere and not have to bother with a car. We took an Uber from the airport, and Michael also suggested a few shuttle options, which made planning everything so much easier. The public transport in Park City is great, too, so we used that when we needed to leave the Main Street area—which only happened once during our stay!Jen and Michael were absolutely lovely hosts. They met us at the property to show us around, answered all our questions, and were available throughout our stay. The private hot tub was absolutely lovely when we wanted to relax, and it was really nice to grill on the patio. We had some great weather, so we spent plenty of time just hanging out at the property and enjoying being together.I went on a girlfriends' trip, and everyone was super comfortable. This property would also be great for a family vacation, and I'll definitely be bringing my family back once ski season starts.I can't recommend this property—and the PARQ team—enough. Jen and Michael really are lovely hosts!

We had a wonderful stay for our girls trip! The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of Main Street, with easy access to the free shuttle to Deer Valley for hiking. The open and airy great room was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and the primary suite was beautiful. Having two parking spots was also a great bonus! The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and even met us at the property upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!
