Scendi dalle piste e entra nel tuo accogliente monolocale / condominio, proprio sul Park City Mountain Resort. Il nostro condominio è stato aggiornato con pareti e armadi dipinti di fresco, più luci aggiunte, nuova porta della doccia e ancora migliore un nuovo materasso Sealy BEAUTYREST e il meglio dei divani letto estraibili senza bar. Il divano letto è come dormire su un vero letto senza il materasso e le sbarre cadenti che ti tengono sveglio tutta la notte. Il condominio offre tutte le comodità di cui una coppia o una piccola famiglia potrebbero aver bisogno.

Dormirai come un angelo nel materasso Beautyrest queen size Murphy per 2 persone, insieme a un divano letto queen-size NO BAR estraibile per altre 2 persone. C'è una cucina STUDIO completa con tavolo da pranzo, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, forno e piano cottura, nonché un frigorifero / congelatore. Il centro di intrattenimento ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD / CD.

Vi è abbondanza di spazio di archiviazione con un comò full size, 1 armadio e un portasci. Il nostro caminetto a gas ti riscalda dopo una lunga giornata di sci e il balcone offre un piacevole spazio all'aperto per guardare tutte le azioni sulla piazza di montagna sottostante.


Il resort Park City Mountain ospita bambini di tutte le età, con montagne russe alpine tutto l'anno, una pista di pattinaggio su ghiaccio stagionale e altre giostre e servizi stagionali a tema per bambini in loco. In inverno, puoi fare un giro in slitta trainata da cavalli in un ristorante in cima alla montagna (questo libro è veloce!). Non c'è bisogno di lasciare la montagna.

Ma se desideri esplorare Park City, abbiamo un autobus urbano che ti porterà in tutta la città (Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, ecc.) Per tutto il giorno, tutti i giorni, GRATIS. Il punto di raccolta è proprio fuori dal nostro complesso.

Disponiamo di parcheggio coperto gratuito, accesso alla piscina interna / esterna, vasca idromassaggio interna in fondo al corridoio, accesso al centro fitness / palestra, comoda lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni e macchina per il ghiaccio. WIFI GRATUITO, TROPPO.

Il nostro responsabile della proprietà locale è un residente di lunga data a Park City che può offrire una comoda risoluzione dei problemi e può consigliare luoghi locali per pianificare la vacanza dei tuoi sogni.

This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to be steps away from the lifts, restaurants, and shopping at Park City Mountain Resort. Heated underground parking is a plus. Although we ate out at the nearby restaurants, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. The bed was comfortable and overall I really liked the condo. The bus stop is just outside the complex and was free to ride into town and many other places, so you don't really need your vehicle once you get there. Management was very quick to answer my questions.

We have stayed in the Lodge many times in various units. The convenience to the ski lifts is second to none. This unit was clean and well maintained, and communication with Holly was great. The unit is small but manageable for me, my wife and my son. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was functional. We made breakfast daily, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Great communication with the host. Great location for skiing steps away from the lift. We had a great time. Quiet condo. I would recommend replacing one of the frying pans and kettle. I would highly recommend this place for 2 people.

The location and communication for this property were unmatched. Great onsite parking and a short walk to the main PC slopes were very convenient. The property manager made the check-in/out process very clear and I felt up-to-date the entire time. I would highly recommend this property for an individual or couple looking to stay in Park City year-round.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in mid-December. I skied while she stayed in the condo and read. The location was great because I could come in and have lunch in the condo, rest a bit, and go back out in the afternoon. It was a short walk to the base and the lifts. The Murphy bed was fine and we had everything we needed.

The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Convenient for rental shop, ski in/ski out, few restaurants, and bus to Main Street. It was our first time in Park City and can't wait to visit again!

We loved staying at this property. Check in was very straightforward and Holly and her husband were very responsive and amazing hosts. This condo is in the perfect location, just seconds away from the ski lifts and walkable distance to downtown.

Truly no better location for skiing Park City mountain, the convenience can’t be beat, will stay again and again! That said, a couple things for owner/management to consider, would have really appreciated Kleenex’s & body lotion, typical hotel offerings. Only other “concern” is was a few of the glasses had chips/cracks so should likely be tossed and replaced for renters safety. Again, minor things to ensure 100% satisfaction but highly recommend regardless!

You can’t beat the location and ease of parking in the garage. The condo is a perfect size for a couple or small family. The condo itself is in desperate need of some attention. The ceilings and walls need to be painted. The ceiling of the bathroom is covered by plastic boards to cover up some damage that has not been fixed. The doors to vanities and kitchen cabinets are almost hanging off their hinges. The clothing console is falling apart. The building itself is pretty run down too. The check in process was easy and property manager was very accommodating.

You can't get any closer to the lift than this. This condo is so convenient. The unit is clean and has everything you need, as advertised. Being able to park right underneath the condo building makes it so easy! No more waiting in line for the drop-off line or taking the shuttle with all your ski gear. If you want to go to Main St, just hope on the free shuttle! So easy. Great value! The host was super responsive and helpful! Can't wait to return.

The wife and I stayed at this property in January 2022 and we were very happy with the location and the condition of the room. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the room set up was ideal for two people. There is a large hot tub down the hall and a medium hot tub one floor up in the building. There is an indoor/outdoor pool and additional hot tubs in the building next door (we used them all). The "free" city bus system picks up right in front of the building so getting around town is easy. The manager was easy contact by email and/or text.

The property was as advertised. I stayed the summer, when things are very quiet (almost ghost town like) in the area by the place. Probably quite different in ski season. There was a slight issue with the bedding (missing pillow cases), but the owner/manager was extremely quick in fixing it.

The location of this condo is perfect, just steps away from lifts. We enjoyed taking a break in the middle of the day and being able to grab lunch or a snack in our condo.
