The main level is open, warm and cozy plus bedrooms to relax, watch TV, and recover from you ski days. Free shuttle service is 10 minutes to PC resort, shuttle route continues to Main Street & Deer Valley.

The host was responsive and helpful. The property was beautifully renovated and well appointed, in a great location. It was close to the free shuttle, with great view of the golf course. We loved the location and our group enjoyed our stay.

Park meadows stay

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and very comfortable. They had it well stocked with whatever you needed. The owner was very responsive when the shower needed fixing but that was the only problem. I believe it was updated recently. We love the location near the PCMARC and the view of the golf course from the livingroom.

Bright and fully updated townhome

The townhome was one of the nicest we have rented. It is completely remodeled and everything, including the beds, furniture and kitchen appliances, is new. The lighting is bright and there are a lot of windows. The owner was responsive and even offered to check us in early. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Fantastic Park City Condo

Couldn't have been more impressed with the condition of this property. Everything inside was new, fresh, and extremely well organized. The snacks, toiletries, and detailed instructions for everything were an outstanding touch. As someone who owns a vacation rental myself, this one truly deserves 5 stars across the board.

Great rental. Was so well stocked, had everything you would need in the kitchen, and more. Loved all the details including q-tips and cotton balls in the bathrooms. Very easy check in/out process. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect! Easy 5 stars. Furnishings, appliances, decor, view, convenience, thoughtful and caring owner (Brian). We had 2 couples and all loved it. I can’t say enough. Don’t pass this one up. You won’t be disappointed.

An amazing property

Clean, new, well located. Only change would be the description on the bedrooms. Online it says 2 bedroom with a pullout/futon. In fact (and I was really happy about this) there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds so my family all had great accommodations.

Above and Beyond

Pictures do not do this property justice. The layout is amazing, clean and in a fantastic location. Host was flexible with our check in and check out and accommodated us for all of our needs. Garage with ski storage was also a huge plus so we did not have to leave any gear in the car! We opted to use the free bus to transport us to and from the mountain and main street and highly recommend downloading the app to track buses in real time as they did tend to run early/late but the pick up location is a short 2 min walk to the end of the street. Overall, would love to stay here again for our next visit to Park City.

Wonderful place in a great location

We loved this place - the layout is perfect for a family, and the furnishings are so cozy and warm. It’s fully stocked with everything you could need, and we were so touched by the welcome gift. Communication is great, and the information folder is super thorough. All in all, a wonderful stay - we’ll definitely book again, if we’re ever in park city!

Wonderful Trip to Park City

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We've stayed in a number of rentals over the years as a family and this was easily one of the best. Only a 5 minute drive from Park City Resort we were able to easily ski every day. The unit was very well equipped with brand new appliances, sheets, towels, and furnishings. What was most impressive were the little extras. We were greeted with a snack plate, and each shower had shampoo and soap. There was also a binder that was very well prepared explaining how to use everything from the TV and fire place to the washer and dryer to where to park. Brian was very responsive before and after the visit as we departed during a snow storm. All and all, we felt like we stayed at a friend's house rather than a rental. I highly recommend.
