Questo condominio si trova direttamente di fronte alla base del Park City Mountain Village. Si trova vicino a ristoranti e ristoranti, attività per famiglie e vita notturna e offre splendide viste sulle piste da sci di Park City. Si trova proprio sulla linea di autobus, (la fermata è appena fuori). All'interno, l'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e ben mantenuto. Sicuramente una scoperta! È perfetto per coppie, avventurieri solisti, viaggiatori d'affari e famiglie (con bambini).

La camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e lenzuola di buona qualità. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, che lo rende ideale per una coppia o una piccola famiglia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per le vostre esigenze gastronomiche, anche se ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare e un negozio di alimentari nelle vicinanze, quindi non rimarrete sorpresi.

C'è una vasca idromassaggio in comune in loco in inverno, dove è possibile rilassarsi e distendersi dopo una giornata di attività! In loco è presente anche un servizio lavanderia in comune, al piano terra dell'edificio.

Il check-in è semplice e facile, senza la necessità di fermarsi in un ufficio centrale. Vai dritto all'unità quando arrivi a Park City e divertiti. Vivo a Park City e sono sempre in giro per rispondere alle domande, ma non ti darò fastidio se non hai bisogno di me! Approfitta delle nostre conoscenze locali con consigli e sconti su vari servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno.

Location location location!

We had a wonderful stay here (Sunday - Thursday) for four of us, skiing at Park City and and enjoying the town. The property is in a fabulous location, very easy to walk to and from the ski lifts (First Time and Eagle lifts are a straight shot from the condo and Crescent and PayDay lifts are just a few minutes beyond that.). We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and easy garage parking below. The beds and bedding were SUPER comfortable. One small tip - bring slippers if you are staying in the lower level bedrooms in the winter as the floors get very chilly down there! Communication was fantastic from start to finish. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Prime location

We found the property perfect for our weekend skiing. Easy access to the bus stop, super close to a convenience store, and great parking options. We really enjoyed the fireplace and well-stocked kitchen for our evenings and breakfast. Highly recommend!

Excellent spot for couples

Great location to Park City Mountain. Loved the hot tub and proximity to the grocery store. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved our time here.

Real Fireplace!... Easy access to slopes and bus

If you love wood burning fireplaces especially after skiing as we do, this is for you! Plenty of nice burning, seasoned firewood was provided right on the deck. We did have to buy fire starters at the grocery store but that was easy. There are stairs but we rented skis and a locker at Jakes Rentals so it was not a problem. Nice deck to enjoy après skiing - it was warm and sunny in the first week of March so it was very enjoyable to enjoy a cocktail in the sunshine on the deck. Nice location with bus stops in either direction very close by. We walked to the slopes but you could catch the bus to the Canyons or Deer Valley if you wanted. Sometimes we walked to Park City downtown, other times we took the bus. We like to cook some nights and there was a small but good selection of spices and cook ware. In my opinion this would be tight for 4 adults but for the two of us it was great. Susie is very responsive to questions and provided a number of helpful emails.

Perfect Location

The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location was fabulous, directly across the street from the mountain and lifts. The upstairs neighbors may have been a family of tap dancing elephants, but they quieted down at night. Not sure if they are permanent residents or temporary guests. Even with that, we wouldn't stay anywhere else with two people. Any more than that and it would have been crowded. Lovely!

Perfect Location!

This condo is centrally located between Park City Mountain Resort and Park Ave (within 1/2 mile or less to grocery shopping). The proximity to the lifts make you feel like you're on the resort property. The decor is updated and very comfortable. The patio was stocked with plenty of firewood. Susie was a great host and provided lots of useful tips. The only con was the noise coming from the unit above. We were unfortunate to have what appeared to be a toddler running constantly above us. Despite that, I would still recommend this unit. It was a great price for the location and size.

Good location but disturbed by group staying above us

Location and setup of unit is as advertised and we found it comfortable and very convenient for skiing Park City. But when a rowdy group of (young?) men moved in above us, our peace and quiet ended. With the loud music, loud voices and crashing about from late afternoon until after midnight, it was not pleasant to say the least. Manager was responsive but the suggestions were to confront them or call the police, neither option was appealing. The lack of rules for the building on noise limits and courtesy did not help the situation. Check first to see if the building has instituted a noise policy. If they have then I can recommend the unit.

Great Property & Excellent Location

Fantastic condo and a great location. We had everything we needed when we showed up. Communication was fantastic and an easy check-in process. Living room window overlooks Park City mountain. It's a short walk across the parking lot to the nearest ski lift and a short walk/uber to Main Street. Would definitely rent again.

Location, Location, Location

Condo is well represented in the pictures. The condo is updated and very comfortable. Tons of storage space, comfy king bed and most of all across the street from PCMR parking lot. Building doesn’t have elevator, be aware luggage must be carried up 3 flights. Everything you need is available in the condo and is in great shape. The building is a bit tired and worn. Not many amenities or hardly any at all but it’s all well explained before you book. All in all a good stay but a bit too expensive in my opinion for what you get. Then again it was Christmas holiday.

Perfect Park City Condo

This condo is a perfect place to stay when visiting Park City. It is close to City Park and a short walk to Main Street. The condo itself is very clean and modern. I plan to stay here again on my next visit.
