  • Viste, viste, viste !!! The Cove at Park Meadows è una delle localit�� più suggestive della Park City! Situato accanto al Parco Meadows Golf Course, a circa 3 miglia dalla Park City Mountain Resort, con vista sulle piste da sci e le montagne circostanti. Questo condominio offre una qualità di lusso e superiore della linea di accessori ad un prezzo moderato. In estate, la piscina e la club house sono a disposizione degli ospiti.

    Questo splendido condominio �� 2 piani, e circa 3300 piedi quadrati. L'entry level è costituito da spazio abitativo principale con cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno combinati in un spaziosa sala grande. Anche su questo livello sono la tana, la lavanderia e una stanza di polvere. La vasca idromassaggio è sul retro sul patio, che si affaccia sulla buca 10 del campo da golf. Tutte le 3 camere sono al piano superiore, cos�� come un ufficio con connessione internet wireless.

    Soggiorno: Bella grande sala aperta unisce il soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo, con pannelli di legno, soffitti a volta e un sacco di finestre per sfruttare i punti di vista. Inoltre sono presenti un pavimento al soffitto camino in pietra (legna), TV, DVD, CD, sistema audio surround.

It was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep, the fireplaces were great ambiance, hot tub delightful, beds comfortable, and we even saw a huge herd of elk running by outside the large living room windows on the golf course and up the mountain (seriously there were easily more than 100 including 3 or 4 large bucks). Communication was also great.

Beautiful home pictures do not do it justice.

Clean well maintained,property Kitchen stocked with everything you could need beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and the view was breathtaking!! Quiet but only a few minutes drive from PCMR and old town! This place is very spacious and comfortable! Would stay here again!!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse we rented was beautiful all the bedrooms are very comfortable very large kitchen in wonderful views out the back The only problem we had is when we picked up the keys at the office they gave us the wrong directions for the wrong address. Plus they did not provide us any closing instructions which we are accustomed to when we rent properties. But the bottom line is, I definitely would rent this property again

Gorgeous Mountain Scenery

We picked this home specifically for the beautiful views and it did not disappoint. The home is very spacious and was more than big enough for my small family. It is in a stunning neighborhood that is quiet and relaxing. The location was very easy to get to all locations we wanted. The interior is a bit outdated but serves the purpose of your stay. The things that were less than perfect were the multitude of signs on everything warning you of fines you would be charged if anything went wrong, the stovetop had to be lit by a match, the lights in the master bath are intensely hot, the toilet paper is one ply, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is really loud, and the ice maker doesn’t work. When booking a home at this price point I expect things to be better than that. It just felt like you weren’t welcome in the home but they wanted the money.

Great place. Only issue is each time we called property management company for the few things that weren’t working no one picks up the phone. Left messages but no one calls back. Also. Lost electricity one night ( not their fault) and no flashlights in house. Again called PM company to report issue and no response back

Stunning home & location; communication could be better

Hi! we had an excellent time but one issue towards the end of our stay left a bad taste in our mouths. On the second to last day, a smoke alarm installed on the ultra-high ceilings (about 30ft) started beeping from ostensibly a low battery around midnight. We did our best to sleep through it, and I called and left a detailed VM for the property manager at 5:30am regarding the issue. There was no response for over 9 hours, and only after I had called as a follow up due to yet another alarm going off inside the home. Once I got through to the manager, they sent a handyman in short order who did a decent job fixing the situation. However, the lack of response to an urgent (but importantly - not "emergency") issue, was a tough part of an otherwise lovely stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we were the first renters for the ski season, nothing worked. The tv, the gas jet for fireplace, the oven, the tp holder was broken. Alpine Ski Properties was there to fix everything immediately. Kitchen pots and pans were not particularly clean. Views were amazing. Very comfortable duplex. We had a great time, all in all.

The ignitors on the gas cooktop wouldn't light so we had to use a match to light them. The ceiling fan in the lower and master bedrooms made clicking sounds with each revolution. Plenty of space, updated kitchen, with everything needed to cook and spend time together. Hot tub with fantastic views of mountains and even wildlife out our back door. We played, made snowmen and enjoyed walks on the golf course out our back door. The home is well laid out and accommodated everyone's needs. Wood burning fireplace was perfect and firewood stocked in the garage made it so easy. Thank you Alpine Ski Properties and Thank you Gena for a great and memorable Christmas.
