Nestled among snow-dusted pines and just a short stroll from the Cabriolet Gondola, this serene retreat offers both relaxation and adventure right at your doorstep.

Step inside to a welcoming open-concept space filled with natural light and mountain-inspired design. The living area invites you to cozy up by the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV, or share laughter over a board game as snow falls outside. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare hearty winter meals, while the adjacent dining area—seating four—is perfect for family dinners or après-ski gatherings.

The king master suite on the main floor offers a peaceful sanctuary with a 55" TV and Jack-and-Jill bath, while the upstairs loft provides a second king bed plus a cozy adjoining room with a twin bed and desk area—ideal for families or friends traveling together. With plush bedding, stylish furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout, every corner of this condo feels like a home away from home.

Step out onto your private deck to take in the stunning snow-covered views of the Wasatch Back and the peaceful farmstead below, complete with a charming barn that feels straight out of a winter postcard. Sip your morning coffee in the crisp mountain air, or unwind in the evening with a warm drink as the stars sparkle overhead.

Guests also enjoy access to the Red Pine complex's resort-style amenities, including one outdoor heated pool, both hot tubs, and a dry sauna. Plus, the free Canyons Village Connect shuttle makes it easy to reach ski lifts, dining, shopping, and all of Park City’s winter attractions without the hassle of driving.

SPECIAL NOTE: A mother and baby moose are living at Red Pine. As you know, mothers are fiercely protective of their young so please do not disturb the family.

NOTE: This condo does not have a washer and dryer in-unit, but you can walk to the laundry room at the Clubhouse for all of your laundry needs. You will need quarters or your credit card to do laundry.

Offering an Organic Contemporary style that brings the feeling of nature in, our comfortable condo features the following amenities you are sure to enjoy:

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Open concept design with unique style elements

• Well-appointed kitchen and adjoining dining area with seating for 4

• Inviting living area with gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), vaulted ceiling, and flat-screen TV (includes a ROKU and DVD/Bluray player)

• King master suite on main floor with 55" TV (new photos are coming of the king bed) and Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom shared with the living area (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)

• 2 bedrooms in upstairs loft overlooking living area

• King bed in primary upstairs bedroom (This bedroom is not fully enclosed.  It is loft-style with a half wall and opening that overlooks main living area downstairs.  See photos. New photos are coming of the king bed.)

• Twin bed and a desk in a small bedroom off the primary upstairs bedroom (also not fully enclosed.  See photos.)

• Shared full bathroom upstairs (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)

• Private deck with spectacular views, dining seating for 4, and propane barbecue grill

• Wifi access/high speed internet (1000 mbps)

• Free parking for 2 vehicles (max) in surface lot (uncovered)

• Portable AC provided for summer months (THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C)

• Walking distance (15 minutes) to Cabriolet Gondola at Park City Mountain Base, giving you access to the largest ski resort in the US

• Community Recreation Area offering the following amenities (PLEASE SEE SPECIAL NOTES BELOW ABOUT HOURS AND SEASONS):

• Clubhouse with Wifi access

• 2 heated pools (one with waterfall)

• Wading pool

• 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor)

• Dry sauna

• Tennis and Pickleball courts

• Picnic area

• Sand volleyball courts

• Horseshoes

• Laundry facilities available year-round at the Clubhouse (a 3-minute walk from the condo), open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of approximately $2.25 per wash cycle and $2.00 per dry cycle.

COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RULES: There is a limit of 8 guests per condo at the clubhouse.  Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the Clubhouse or at any of the community amenities.  You will be asked to leave if you bring or have glass containers or alcoholic beverages with you, and you will not be refunded for any portion of your stay for not complying with this important rule.

RED PINE RECREATION CENTER HOURS AND SEASONS:

The Clubhouse is now open for the winter!

In the summer, the facility is open daily-10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. May - September.

In the winter, the facility is open daily-12:00 Noon to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April.

NOTE: During the winter, all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed. Violators will be towed!

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and described very well. The communication was spot on. Beau, the manager, went above and beyond to help us out before and during our stay. His efforts were greatly appreciated. I would love to stay here again.

Good location, amazing views

The property is perfectly pleasant - reasonably equipped kitchen, good location, amazing view. We appreciated having a grill and the complex was very quiet. The only quirks are that two of the bedrooms are lofts (which is as advertised) so sound and light carries into them and the master has a tempurpedic mattress (which is a personal preference). Based on the responses to the other people who posted feedback, I'm a little nervous posting this but the only negative would be communication. We followed the checkout list to a t & thought we had left the unit in good shape but was contacted after that it wasn’t sufficient, which I’ve never had happen before. Most of the issues I would have thought fell under normal use after a week+ (toothpaste marks in a black sink, bathroom rug on the floor,. etc.) but I understand expectations can vary. I would recommend the property manager be very specific about what is expected and provide housekeeping tools (bathroom cleaner, toilet brushes, dish drying rack, etc.). At the end, the company “forgave” the (small) cleaning fee that they wanted to charge, but the money wasn't actually the point. The whole interaction was just odd and was an unfortunate way to end what was overall a lovely week in a lovely area.

Good location, bad Master set up and missing supplies

We have rented countless VRBO’s and have always had great experiences. I hate leaving negative reviews, and I brought our complaints directly to the owners before posting. I am a business owner and always seek to work things out directly. I’ll start with the positives - great location, convenient shuttle and clean condo. The biggest complaint is a bed with a regular headboard that is set up like a platform bed. This made for discomfort getting in and out of bed after days of skiing. The owners insist it’s a platform bed, but we disagree on this issue. Either way, it’s impossible to tell from the pics that the mattress is about 18” from the floor. Also, for a one week stay we weren’t provided with adequate supplies like paper towels and trash bags. And no hot pads or oven mitts, and just one dish towel. We could have asked about getting more of these things. But, after asking about the bed and getting the response we did, we decided not to ask about any more items. Last year we stayed at the unit next door and this year opted to pay about twice the nightly rate for the “upgrades” and what we thought looked like a nicer and newer unit. In our opinion this condo was tired, had uncomfortable upholstery, a frustrating bed situation and had no washer/dryer in the unit, even though the less expensive one from the year before had one. Please do yourself a favor and know what the set up is before booking at this condo. This is the first time I have wished our vacation was over..

Perfect property at the base of Canyons

Perfect property for a small group at the base of Canyons Resort. A short drive or walk to the lifts and conveniently located for a short drive into Park City for a night out. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the owners had great communication and are very friendly. Thanks for such a great trip!

Good Small Ski Condo

Condo was great. As expected and described. A little small if you were to actually try to fit 6 people in it, but for myself and 3 friends it was great. Excellent location very close to Canyons base, and the property managers were super responsive.

Great spot.

Very clean, just like the pictures. Only 5 minute walk to lifts. The beds sagged a little towards the center and the showers needed to be limited to 8 minutes due to the small hot water tank. Otherwise, it was a great condo. Host were great! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Great location and beautiful views. Overall property is great. We had two young kids, 6 months and 2 years old, with us which made the loft style a bit difficult. We made it work but it would have been easier if there were separate bedrooms for all. It was advertised as a loft so that was not a surprise, just never stayed in one with young kids before. The house was clean but the carpet seemed dirty with being a rental. We used the clubhouse pool which was nice. You need to make a reservation by either calling the clubhouse or going in to sign up. We used the laundry facilities, very easy. Property managers were very responsive with any issues. We thought the house was very dry because of the heat and weather. They dropped off two large humidifiers which really helped. At the end of our stay I mentioned the kitchen needed a few new frying pans and they were going to change them out that day. I am sure if I told them earlier they would have addressed right away.
