Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

1. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request with advance notice.

2. Please remove your shoes while inside the house.

3. Undeclared Guests: Guests must match the reservation. Undeclared guests will be charged 2x the applicable additional guest fee.

4. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including vaping.
Guests may smoke outside

5. No Pets (Preferred)
Pets may be allowed if approved. If approved there will be a pet fee. Please share your pet breed and size with request. No pets allowed on furniture, guest is expected to clean up after pet.

6. No Parties or Events
This home is intended for relaxation and family or group getaways.
Any unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of the booking and possible fees.

7. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is 12.
Any additional guests beyond this number are not permitted without prior approval.

8. Hot Tub Use
Please shower before using the hot tub or sauna.
No glassware or food near the hot tub or sauna area—plastic or unbreakable containers only.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub.

9. Cleanliness & Respect for the Property
Please treat the home with care and respect.
Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out to prevent attracting wildlife.
No food is allowed in the living room.
Any damages to the property or missing items will be charged to the guest.

10. Parking
Parking is available for up to 4 mid size vehicles.
Please park in the designated spaces or driveway only.

11. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Please keep noise levels down in general, especially during these hours to respect neighbors.

12. Security
The home may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety.
Tampering with security equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your stay.

13. Use of Fireplaces
The fireplaces are available for guest use—please do not leave them unattended.

14. Waste Disposal
Please dispose of trash in the appropriate areas - see checkout instruction after booking

15. Damage Reporting
Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
Prompt reporting may prevent additional charges.
