With over 3,000 square feet of opulent living space across four stories, this mountain lodge-style masterpiece boasts exquisite architectural details and lovely views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Enjoy two fantastic suites and a top-floor flex room -- great for both families or working professionals.



    Après ski relaxation awaits on the elevated deck. Rejuvenate with a soak in the private hot tub and admire the expansive views. Two balconies offer additional outdoor space for taking in the fresh mountain air.



    Step out the back door for direct access to a ski-in, ski-out trail connecting to the most beautiful, private ski run in Deer Valley! Or, travel just 5 minutes to Snow Park.     LIVING AREA



    Beautifully appointed with a set of sofas and gorgeous leather armchairs, the Great Room boasts vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a gas fireplace. Upgraded TV with cable and streaming services is ideal for family movie nights or watching a sporting event.





    KITCHEN & DINING



    Gourmands will appreciate a state-of-the-art open kitchen and dining area, detailed with high-end Wolf appliances like a six-burner gas range as well as quartz countertops.



    A three-seat island anchors the cooking space. Gather for meals in the corner dining nook, furnished with a spacious dining table.



    BED & BATH



    The primary suite holds a king bed, gas fireplace, and private balcony with mountain views. A spa-like en-suite bath has a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.



    Rest on a king bed beside the gas fireplace in the second suite. Enjoy a TV and en-suite bath with a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.



    A third bedroom has a full-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.



    The top-floor bunk room is perfect for a family with two twin-over-queen bunk beds, TV, and a desk that could double as a work from home space. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

This house was well supplied for our large family. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The steam showers were to die for! Being able to ski in and ski out was the icing on the cake! Would definitely stay here again!

Spring ski getaway

Wonderful location, perfect spring skiing with fresh snow, very comfortable accommodations, well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, loved the hot tub, figured out the trail back home from the Mountain! Having the access pass over the Mountain was extremely convenient. Would stay again!

It was a great place for 2 families! After we figured out the ski in trail it was awesome! We did have trouble with the key pad and had to contact Michael a few times but he was so helpful and fixed our problems! I read reviews from past stays so I learned about the deer crest cut through to get to deer valley and Main Street. It was a great short cut! It was so clean too! The only thing we would need is more paper towels and trash bags and a spray cleaner for the kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

We did not see the key card for the private road cut through which would have saved a lot of time driving to Park City. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo!

Location great. Condition of place great. Communication with Vacasa below average. In need of desperate improvement is the written instruction on skiing back to the house. Instructions say “left of gondola”, is that walking out of the gondola or facing the building?????? What they should say is 100 feet past the ski patrol building is the entrance to ……. Such a simple thing that would make getting home on day 1 so much more enjoyable.

Beautiful place for a family

We stayed here with 2 families, 4 people each. It was perfect and our kids loved the bunk room and hot tub! Great organizational area to store ski equipment.

Loved the house! Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen has everything you need to make a great dinner at home, or for a dinner out Main Street is 5 minutes away. Perfect!

Nice stay but needs a few areas of attention.

I liked the overall size of this property. Nice area and very safe. Close to both Heber and Park City/Deer Valley. I wished I had known that you could use the private entrance to Deer Crest to get to Park City quicker. Overall, stay was nice.

Great ski-in/ski-out vacation house

The house was great, very well stocked, and TurnKey who manages the property was super responsive. The Deer Crest trails to ski-in and ski-out were super easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Home, Fantastic DV Location

My family of 9 absolutely enjoyed staying at this home while skiing Deer Valley. It is always a bit of an adventure to discover a new ski-in / out path while staying at a new house, but this access was one of the best we’ve enjoyed. Wonderful stay! Easy process. Thank you.

Perfect Ski In Ski Out Location

We had 6 adults in our group, the townhome could have accommodated more. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Views from multiple rooms were spectacular but the best part was ski in and ski out. You ski on a private ski trail maintained by the neighborhood to the gondola. Great place!

Tru Ski In Ski Out - great location

House was outstanding. Ski right down to the Jordanelle Gondola. Great views. Hot tub had a heating issue and only worked part of the time. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful home

Hi, we were impressed by this home, its amenities and the views. We had all the tools we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were so cool. It is 4 levels, so be prepared to climb a lot of steps to get to bedrooms, but overall. Very nice, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for a Group Ski Trip

This place worked out very well for a guy's ski trip. There were six of us and everyone had their own bed. The ski in, ski out worked perfectly! If you book this place, communicate directly with Vacsa because they don't answer the VRBO messages.

Lovely Property for Skiers and Non-Skiers Alike

This property was beautiful and well appointed. The townhouse is spacious and conveniently located to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Main Street and The Canyons. It is tucked away off the beaten path in a gated community. No detail was missed from the kitchen appliances to the multiple fireplaces and outdoor hot tub. It is obvious the care the property owners have put into this beautiful home. We arrived to wonderful notes from the owners' young twin daughters sharing all of the magical secrets of their ski hideaway. We would highly recommend this luxurious ski-in ski-out property. We hope to stay here again on our next adventure to Park City!

Glorious stay dampened by no water on the final morning

The location and property are really wonderful - gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and lots of space to spread out. It's a quick ski to the Jordanelle lift and there's a private trail back. We were surprised when there was no water on our final morning. When I reached out to the customer service line there was no explanation and a lackluster "thanks for letting us know" response.
