Transient accommodations in Summit County are subject to a standard state and local sales tax alongside a Transient Room Tax (TRT) for a combined tax rate of approximately 13.32%. Any tax balances or adjustments not fully covered during your initial online booking must be settled directly with the front desk at checkout.

- Strict Quiet Hours: To preserve alpine serenity, quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and noisy gatherings are prohibited during these hours.

- Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking. A deep-cleaning penalty fee of up to $500.00 USD will be assessed for smoking inside rooms, on balconies, or within public spaces. This is a strictly non-smoking property.
