Warm and elegant three-bedroom loft condo that is surrounded by amazing mountain views. Skiing, snowboarding, golfing, Swimming, Concerts, Shopping, Tennis, Mountain biking, Hiking, all within steps of the front door of this perfectly located Park City condo. Main street park city is just 5 minutes away where you will find fun and entertaining bars, restaurants, galleries and boutiques.
The Condo is located at the base of the Park City Mountain Ski Resort. It has direct access to the Cabroit chair lift ( 5-10 minute walk, 1-2 minute car ride). Close to restaurants, bars and other amenities at Park City Mountain/ Canyon's Village. The condo is centrally located and only 5 minutes from downtown. Enjoy On site resort amenities located just steps away that include two hot tubs, dry sauna, 2 heated pools, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts and picnic area.
With vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan this cozy, yet modern condo is ideal for a year round getaway.

THE SPACE:
- Keyless entry for easy entry and continued access during stay.
- First floor master bedroom, second story bedroom, and second story loft bedroom. Four queen size beds, One couch pullout bed and one portable crib.
-Two full updated bathrooms stocked with comfy towels for your stay.
- Fully updated and modern kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kurig and stocked coffee bar.
- Enjoy a glass of wine or warm cup of hot chocolate for the kids after a day of skiing in front of the cozy fireplace located in the living room.
- Step outside to your private balcony with a gas grill and a dining table. Enjoy an evening cookout or enjoy the sunrise with a delicious cup of coffee while surrounded by mountain views.
- Washer and dryer provided for warm, clean clothes after a long day of skiing or hiking.
-Take advantage of the Boot and glove dryer/warmers located (in the entry way) to keep your feet and hands cozy for the upcoming day.
- Enjoy a movie or your favorite TV series on the two flat screen TV’s located in the main living area and second story bedroom with Cable TV, Netflix and Prime.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Convenient free parking located directly in front of condo.

Note: Located on the second floor, this two-story condo is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.
Pool closes April 10th and reopens Memorial Day weekend and Pool closes after Labor Day and reopens Thanksgiving.

Perfect for a group of 4-5 people. Jennette was very accommodating and answered all our questions. If skiing, using the Canyons Village Connect service is a must! Very efficient and easy to use. Gets you to the Sunrise Gondola in 5 min. You can also use it to access public transportation into Park City.

AMAZING Place!

The location of this property was amazing. Plenty of room to stretch out after a day on the slopes. Free mountain shuttle is great! The one thing to watch out for is there is only one bedroom that is totally private. We will be back!!!!!

Guys ski trip

Old friends getting together for a ski trip. We looked for access to the mountain. Just a short walk to the Cabriolet lift or the bus. The access across the street to the pool and hot tubs. Beds for 5 guys and enough space so you never felt in each other’s way.All of ours needs were taken care of with property. Definitely recommend if your coming to ParkCity.

Great location!

We loved our stay and the comfort and convenience of this condo. The pool across the street was a hit with the kids and the hot tub was nice after a long cold day. We alternated walking and taking the cabriolet up and using the Canyons Connect van service which was super convenient as well. Having coffee in the unit was a nice bonus!

Host made this 1st time stay from a long way an easy adventure with her responsiveness and details. The place was cozy and stocked with amenities we did not expect, and certainly enjoyed. We would 100% recommend this property and friendly, kind host to anyone.

Fab place

Excellent property, lovely location, right next to the wonderful clubhouse with a pool. Great host, very communicative. I will note that the top floor is completely open - the windows in the room with the two double beds do not have any glass and there is no door. So not a lot of privacy and I was a little nervous about my young kids up there. The property had everything we needed, even a humidifier. Highly recommend.

Great for skiing and cooking

My friends and I are big skiers and snowboarders. We appreciated how close this place was to the lifts so we did not need to use our car. Also, we we extremely satisfied with the resources available in the condo, to cook and relax. I was also impressed with the responsiveness and consideration of the property contact. It was a memorable, snowy time in this special place.

Great location!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and Jennette was a great host! She let us check in early, and she responded to my messages very quick. Location is great as well, close to the slopes and shuttle buses. Canyons village has their own free shuttles that takes you right to the ski resort from the lodge so it was very convenient. The clubhouse is just across from the street and it was very nice to soak in at hot tubs and use sauna after a long day of skiing. The top loft area is pretty open with no doors though so it’s not very private and you can hear everyone. If that is not a concern for your family/group than this is definitely a great place to stay. I’d be happy to be back!

Amazing family ski trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. We greatly appreciate Jen's flexibility for late checkout that gave us worry free full day of skiing before red-eye flight. Condo is exactly as described in the listing: very clean, cozy fireplace and fully stacked kitchen. Plenty of towels including the ones for pools and sauna. Condo is right across the club house with pools, jacuzzies and sauna that was much needed after the full day on the mountain. The view from the deck on the snowy day was like fairy tale. Condo is very close (7 min walk) from the Canyons lifts. Thank you Jen for easy, very friendly and timely communications. We will be back to your beautiful place.

Retirement celebration

Jennette was flexible for our check in and check out. This made our time more relaxing and enjoyable. The location was fabulous being close to trails, restaurants, a national forest, and mineral springs. The balcony furniture was comfy and made for a beautiful morning devotion spot.

Great location and value

Host communicated well with clean condo and good sleeping arrangements. Updated kitchen but dining was difficult with no real dining table-only bar stools with not enough seating for 7. Outside table and chairs were dirty and worn. Pool and spa were convenient and great. . Great value stay. Enjoyed our stay.

I understand why the owner didn’t want to make the entry code available ahead of our visit. But a simple statement that it would be sent 24 hrs ahead of time would have been helpful. Otherwise a great experience

Great price! Great location in modernized condo!

Nicely updated and well appointed condo at the Canyons. Free and reliable shuttle with an app within the Canyons. Walk down the hill to the City bus stop and ride anywhere in Park city at no charge. Jennette is a great host and very attentive!

Great location for friends and families!

We stayed her with another family and had a great stay! Beds were super comfortable, well stocked kitchen, adult and kids eatery, and right across the street from the clubhouse. We also saw the fireworks from the balcony that were happening at the Canyons base one night. Will definitely stay again!!

Great Location / Perfect Size

Great lodging and location on the Canyons side of Park City. A quick 2 minute drive to the nearest lift with free parking and super close to a grocery store, food, shopping, etc. Also, a great space for 5 adult males with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only recommendations would be to replace the TV room furniture as it’s not very comfortable (especially the chairs) and fix the drain in the master shower. Those are minor things to me though and for what me and my friends use the lodging for, it was everything we could expect. Great spot.

Enjoyable Condo with Terrific Location

Jennette was a terrific host who offered great communication with her guests. The property is super close to the Cabriolet Lift which takes you to the Canyons base area. The property was well stocked with essentials and was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent getaway right near Canyon village

Jen is one of the best hosts I've ever worked with. Very kind, thoughtful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. We had a group of 8 men and we fit snugly into the unit. There were plenty of beds and the unit was in overall great condition. There was no central heating unit but the fireplace is designed to heat up the whole apt and was able to keep us toasty. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and bathrooms were clean and nice. The unit includes access to a very convenient pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed. It's also a stone's throw from the gondola that will transfer you to canyon village. Easy to find parking near accommodation (we had 3 cars). Overall highly recommend this rental :)

Great stay for Canyons skiing

We had a great stay at Jennette’s condo. Perfect location for skiing at Canyons village (10 min walk uphill or a quick shuttle - canyons has a free shuttle service that you request with an app and it picks you up right at your door, couldn’t be easier). Jennette was wonderful to work with, super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was great, but only one room has a proper door, the other 3 beds are lofts so just something to consider if you’re traveling with a group that would rather more privacy. That said, it was great for us and we’d happily stay there again. Also, the hot tub and pool were directly across the street (30 second walk) so that was awesome after a day on the slopes. Definitely recommend!

Great set up for Park City weekend visit

We were a group of 8 friends meeting up for a ski weekend. Property was well-situated and had all the amenities we needed. Clean, easy to find and access, and very cozy for a January stay! Only thing to call out is that this would not be a good fit for 10 people, it would be extremely cramped. It was already very crowded with 8 - not a lot of space for suitcases, eating food, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would likely go elsewhere next time for a crowd our size.
