Cute, clean, and comfortable

We had a great stay. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. There was lots of communication up front and a rapid response when we had a question. Good location and we’d stay here again if we return to Park City.

Met our needs

The location of this property is great for exploring the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was perfectly adequate, although we had some issues with check-in due to inaccurate information from VRBO and not hearing from the property manager in advance. There were also some issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. Other than that, the condo is very basic and served its purpose, which was primarily just to be a place to sleep and shower.

Well priced near the mountain

This was a well priced option in a great location. Beds were all comfortable and condo was fully stocked. I wish the listing had been clear that this is on the 3rd floor with a narrow staircase and no elevator. It was a lot to maneuver and carry for 5 people, boots, skis etc. There is a room downstairs to store skis after the first day but on travel days it was tough. It also would have been nice if there was a smart tv in the unit.

Location, location, location.

Stayed for a long ski weekend. Couldn’t believe how close it was to the slopes. Less than 10 minute walk and only half a mile from the town center. 6 of us stayed and plenty of room. The pictures don’t do it justice, much cozier than it looks. I will definitely consider staying here again

Great apartment close to ski lifts

We stayed 6 nights while skiing Park City. The apt is very close to the lifts, only 5 minute walk. Spacious, nice gas fireplace. Owner/manager good to work with. We would stay here again if we return to Park City for skiing.

Perfect Location

David was an amazing host! Super accommodating with whatever we needed. His place had everything we needed and more. Great location just a short walk to ski lift and lodge. There is a ski locker to keep equipment at too. I would definitely recommend him and his place!

Great location for Park City skiing!

The Downtown Park City Condo was the perfect place for our family ski trip. Location made for an extremely easy walk to the base of Park City Ski area (one block up hill brings you to the road along the PC parking lot). Also easy but slightly longer walk to downtown area and in other direction the grocery store. There is a convenience store just a short walk away. Also there is a bus stop just outside the building - some in our party skied at Deer Valley and took the bus. The unit was bigger than we had expected based on photos ( dining table seats six - comfortable places for everyone to sit in sofa / chair area). The fireplace was great. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, basics. The owner and property manager are extremely responsive. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved and the property manager was kind enough to deliver a large coffee maker when we asked if it was possible to get something larger than the 5 cup model in the unit. We really appreciated the quick responses! We used the building hot tub every day after skiing. The building is a bit older, hot tub area is older but tub was clean and water hot. We sometimes had it all to ourselves and sometimes there was a crowd. The building common area also has a nice ping pong table and foosball. Building and unit were easy to access with codes for door locks. The unit had a parking spot which we only used on the last day when 2 in our party had a rental car. We did not have a car with us for the week and we did not feel like we needed one. The condo was the perfect rental for a party of six for a ski week at Park City. Highly recommend!

easy communication. place is roomy & nice & comfortable. nice view too. third floor unit with balcony & fireplace. hot tub was very nice & never crowded. short walk to PayDay and short shuttle ride to Main St - we got the MyStop app & you can see when the next bus is coming.

Great communication and property!

Things we loved: a lot of space for 4 adults! There were 2 main seating areas and we basically ate in one and kept an ongoing board game in the other :). We loved that little things were left there so we didn't have to go out and get hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent, or even shampoo, etc. HUGE plus! Owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with! The laundry area needed to be cleaned. But, everything else was clean and worked perfectly. We walked to the slopes every day and used the bus to get to Main street restaraunts.

Great location just a short walk uphill to get to mountain village parking lot. The building appears to be under going some constructions, but you can’t beat the location. The furniture is a little outdated but everything work.

Close to Lifts

This condo was an excellent choice for skiing at Park City. The condo was clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace was also very enjoyable and helped dried our ski boots at the end of the day. Indoor ski rack was a bonus and held 5 pairs of skis and poles right inside the door. It was a short walk to the lifts (5 minutes) and to Main Street (15 minutes). To avoid walking in ski boots, we rented a basket at one of the ski rental shops to hold our shoes while we skiied. It cost $15 per day and held 5 pairs of shoes and was well worth it.

Fantastic 3 bedroom condo with a great location

Location was great for skiing, it was only one street over from the lifts. It was wonderful to have such a short walk, and then jump on the slopes! The condo is on the third floor, so a lot of stairs but great views, very clean, and it had everything we needed! The property manager was responsive to us throughout the stay. Propery was as shown in photos.

Easy, but uphill walk to the lifts

The unit is walking distance to a local grocery store, ski shops, lifts, and downtown. Hard to beat the convenience. Overall a pleasant unit, although it is a bit dated in terms of furnishings and the walls need better soundproofing. Would stay here again.
