Questa moderna villa Deer Valley è stata recentemente completamente rinnovata. Presenta una pianta luminosa / spaziosa, viste dirette sulla Deer Valley, finiture di alta qualità, arredi moderni e un comodo accesso a Main St e ai resort.




Appena aggiunto - nuovissima vasca idromassaggio privata. Torna a casa e rilassati alla fine di una giornata in montagna mentre ammiri incredibili panorami della Deer Valley!

Il soggiorno ha soffitti a volta alti 25 piedi con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, un mobile bar, un camino a gas, una nuovissima TV LCD da 55 "e un lettore DVD. La cucina gourmet ha ripiani in granito con una grande isola e mobile bar, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutto l'essenziale necessario per preparare i pasti per tutto il tuo gruppo.

Il resto del livello principale comprende una camera da letto appena fuori dall'ingresso principale, un bagno completo e una stanza della biancheria con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il piano superiore è composto da due grandi master suite ognuna con bagno privato in stile spa, TV e terrazze private per godere della vista sulle montagne.

Un bagno principale dispone di una grande vasca da bagno e una doccia separata con entrambe le opzioni di doccia a pioggia e doccia a mano. L'altro bagno principale dispone di un bagno turco a doppia larghezza con una panca lunga 8 piedi e più soffioni.

6-day getaway in September was fantastic! Perfect location, roomy, comfy, well-stocked with everything you could need. Jacuzzi and fireplace were easy to use. Couple things needed and host was immediately responsive each time. Exceeded expectations!

Mountain Views all day long

This was a great get away to Deer Valley with family. The summer weather in the Park City area is so lovely. This condo is a fabulous location and is well equipped. You can jump on the free city bus across the street or take a nice walk into town for hassle free parking in and around Main Street. We would definitely come back to this unit.

Loved Fawngrove at Deer Valley

Perfect place for our family group of 5. Very spacious. Great location with bus route right outside the condo complex to take you to Deer Valley, Old Town, PCMR or other areas in Park City. The unit is well equipped with Kitchen items, and other supplies and was very comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were great. The only place to put skis and gear is the front closet which was OK but not great for lots of skis and wet gear. The property manager was incredibly responsive. Check in instructions were super easy, parking was easy and when issues arose they responded immediately, On the first day we noticed there were no wine glasses and w/in 2 hours they appeared with 6 brand new wine glasses!

Perfect vacation home for family with little ones

Our children and grandchildren (ages 4, 3, 10 months and 4 months) were with us. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. The large greenspace outside the back patio was wonderful and we loved walking around the ponds and looking at the ducks and geese. Being right on the bus line made travel area attractions easy. The management was very responsive and provided us with three pack and plays and two high chairs. The only complaint was no a/c (which was clear in the property description). The condo was cool in the mornings and lots of fans were provided, but sleeping at night and for afternoon naps would have been better with a/c.

New Found Oasis!

This is my family’s second visit to Utah, first in Deer Valley/Park City. What an amazing place. What an amazing state!!! We were so pleased with the three bedroom condo we so luckily discovered. Perfectly located within the town, yet tucked away enough to see wildlife (moose, various birds,etc) and a huge grassy/wooded area for the kids to go out and explore or play. The condo was so well stocked! Everything you could imagine needing was there! My wife immediately fell in love with the town and the condo and was already planning future trips for both summer and winter activities. The management was super friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. You get the entire package with this place!

Great Vacation Home

Amazing property close to snow park. Easy access to snow park and Park City via free shuttle service. The property was very clean and the manager very responsive. Planning to be back next year. Would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful property, lovely stay

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home for our stay in Park City! It was beautiful inside and out, clean, and well maintained. The view from both the front and back of the townhome is stunning and the kids in our families loved playing out in the yard behind the house and fishing in the pond. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Location Great but ruined by undisclosed conditions

The townhouse is adequately furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and had nice finishes. The inside furniture is ok but the outside patio furniture should have been replaced years ago. Dirty, stained, & cigarette holes. We bought sheets to cover the filthy cushions. While the kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be cleaned prior to our arrival the windows were filthy both inside and out and the hanging globe lights in the kitchen were covered with dirt and grease inside and out. The entry door mats looked like they hadn't been cleaned or swept in years and cob webs were hanging all over the exterior lights and walls. While all of that was disappointing the real problem with this property was the property management....or lack there of. First of all they failed to inform us that the unit next door, literally on the other side of the wall was undergoing a COMPLETE GUT REHAB!! We reserved this place for 4 WEEKS! Nearly every day for 4 weeks we were awakened by hammering, sawing, drilling, etc. And, it lasted all day Monday thru Friday. After several days of trying to contact the property manager I finally received a call and was told if we wanted to leave they would refund the rent for any unused days. we were already two weeks into our stay and I said I doubted we could find anything on short notice that would meet our needs. When I told him that if we had been informed of the construction project next door we would have rescheduled He said they didn't know about the project. That wasn't true because we were told by the neighbors that the renters prior to our arrival told them that they were given a rent reduction because of the noise. That concession was never offered to us. We finally left early because we couldn't take the noise and disruption any longer. Bottom line....Deer Valley is awesome and fawn Grove is very nice but we would NEVER deal with this property management outfit again. Rent at your own peril!!!!!

This is a wonderful condo with many benefits, especially the hot tub and steam room! The kitchen was very well equipped, as we cooked many meals. The owners were very responsive and flexible, highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful time at Fawngrove. The home is very comfortable and the location is perfect for skiing Deer Valley as well as enjoying Park City. Loved the steam shower!! There were only a couple of minor issues. Upon check-in we were told to drive up to the garage and would automatically open. However, a code was needed which one of the neighbors were gracious enough to provide. Also the hot tub was not working. The private hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this property. The management company quickly responded. However, it took 2 more days before it was usable. So we only had use 2 out of 5 days. Very disappointing. This, however, we feel is no reflection on the property itself, but on the management company that should have verified that it was in top condition prior to our arrival. Overall our experience was very positive and will definitely look into staying in the same location on our next trip to PC.

Amazing location and perfect mountain escape

Pictures simple do not do this place justice. The property is AMAZING. There were 6 of us total and plenty of room. The steam shower and hot tub were a perfect addition to the weekend. Check in process was simply and owners were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Upscale but warm and comfortable "ski lodge" feel.

Overall, a very lovely condo. Great response to questions and needs while we were there. Two problems were that the downstairs queen bed desperately needs replaced (Massive sag in the middle), and the dining room chairs are wobbling. They need some maintenance. The kitchen was awesome. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner etc. and it worked great for being away from home. We were 6 adults, and aside from the one bed and kitchen chairs, it was a lovely stay.
