La nostra casa a schiera 3BR / 3BA Rossie gode di una fantastica posizione di facile accesso nella zona della Bassa Deer Valley di Park City. Sei vicino allo Snow Park Lodge, a un minuto a piedi dalla linea degli autobus e a 10 minuti a piedi da Main Street. Immergiti nello stress nella vasca idromassaggio privata del solarium e osserva le stelle uscire sui balconi della casa.     Situato nella zona della Bassa Deer Valley di Park City, Rossie ti mette a pochi passi dalla linea di autobus per accedere facilmente a Snow Park Lodge a Deer Valley e Park City Mountain. Entrambe le stazioni offrono piste da sci per tutti i livelli di abilità, nonché scuola di sci e attività estive. Great spring break getaway

Took the family to park city for a few days during spring break. Had a great time. Kids loved this property. Plenty of room and amenities. Hot tub in the sun room while it was snowing outside was like a dream. Hosts was great. Would definitely go back!

Highly recommend The Rossie

This is our second time staying at the Rossie. Great location, well stocked kitchen, nice open living area, and a 4 minute walk to the free bus which gets you anywhere you need to go in the Park City area. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Great stay, great location!

We just wrapped up a great week of skiing and this home provided the perfect base for our family of five. The location was super convenient to the free bus which takes you to Main St, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City Resort. We also enjoyed the short walk to Main Street. Looking forward to renting again in the future!

Perfect for our family!

The property is very well stocked and within walking distance to downtown Park City, the local bus system and grocery stores. We had one issue that was corrected immediately when we reached out to the management company. We would definitely stay there again!

Great spot, awesome hot tub

Staying with adult children, 6 of us all together. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen. Hot tub enclosed and great. If staying when any significant snow would advise 4x4 for the driveway (would say only an issue if you're there during major dump) Easy access to Main Street

Great homebase for a weekend

Stayed for 3 nights with 6 girls and the place was great. It was in the 80's and the condo got warm during the day so it was difficult to sleep at night, but there was a fan and some ceiling fans that helped. Beds were great. Plenty of towels. Everything worked. Furniture wasn't super comfortable but it did the trick. Would stay again.

Management very responsive. The new 2 week old dryer did not heat well and they offered to pick up laundry and take to the laundromat in town. Be aware there are stairs from garage to main floor and more to bedrooms. We 3 generations had a wonderful family vacation

Great stay

Great location and stay! The place is right between Deer Valley and Park City allowing for ease to get to either place. We took off on bikes from the condo several times. The bedrooms were nice sized with high ceilings and very comfortable. The downstairs had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location somewhat makes up for a tired unit needing some maintenance, cleaning & upgrades

A good space needing quite a bit of upgrading and maintenance. Not as nice as it should be - or could be. Dishwasher did not work properly- were told it was due to hard water... everything came out with a film and much required rewashing. Unit write up included washer/dryer. Dryer did not work for the entire stay despite alerting staff early in the stay. This was quite an inconvenience for a family with baby, and an amenity that I paid for. There was not a vacuum in unit - only a broom. Rugs need cleaning. Bunk bed mattresses worn out. Best part about this unit was that we could walk to town. Would not choose to stay here again.

Perfect and Peaceful Stay!!

The place is quiet, clean, spacious and calming. It is a 12 minute walk from Old Town and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. It's also only a 3 minute walk to the free public buses that can take you to Old Town, Canyons, Park City Mountain, or Deer Valley. It's a hidden gem that is close to all the sites we wanted to visit but also located in a very quiet and peaceful area. So much so that we saw deer on the lawn everyday from our balcony. We even had a moose and her baby come early one morning . The hot tub was extremely relaxing after our days hiking and biking. The beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed). The whole place made us feel at ease and we couldn't have had a better time. Communications were great with the host. I would definitely come again!

Love Park City

The home was clean though lacking in a few necessities, such as kitchen towels, and cooking spray. We stayed in September and though there is not A/C at many homes in the area, we found it to be very hot in the upstairs bedrooms. We had the windows wide open every night, but I guess there wasn't enough cross ventilation so even though it cooled off outside, it stayed hot inside. Thankfully, they had several portable fans in the house to use, but it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. We loved Park City though and would love to return.

Great Location

My girlfriends and I had a great time at this townhouse. Only a ten minute walk to Main Street and the bus to Deer Valley was literally down the street from the place which was exactly what we were looking for. After a long day of skiing the last thing we wanted to do was drive anywhere so it was great being close to good bars and restaurants on Main Street. Jacuzzi was great. Walk back up the driveway was a little steep but worth it for the quiet location. Overall great ski getaway. Property mgr was easy to work with.

Great location, perfect getaway

Came for a getaway with the family and really enjoyed our stay here. Open space on the lower level was perfect for hanging out together when we weren't out and about. Hot tub was a definite bonus after hiking or mountain biking all day. Location was very convenient as we liked walking down to Main street to grab a meal. Will definitely stay here again next time we come back.

Great Condo, Great TIme!

My two daughters and I stayed at the condo for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The downstairs kitchen and living areas were very nice and condusive to cooking and conversation. We also enjoyed having a garage to park our SUV in and sat out in the small yard just off the hotub room. We went to the Park CIty Silly Sunday Market (we could have walked there) and strolling around, looking at all the vendors. We also visited the Olympic Park where skiers were doing arial jumps into a swimming pool! We hiked and had a great time all four days. The managment was super easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. I recommend this unit for a fun stay in Park City.

GF getaway

amazing location and townhouse. Liked being close to everything. Hot tub worked great – were able to open the sliding doors and windows for fresh air while in the hot tub. Loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee. Quiet and relaxing spot for a vacation. Would definitely stay here again next time I come to Park City. Great summer getaway and conveniently located.

Everything you could need

Rented the town house for a relaxing vacation with two other couples. Looks exactly like the photos – clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Grocery store was only a 5-10 minute drive away. Enclosed hot tub was a great perk. Property manager was very knowledgeable about surrounding area.

Cozy home in great location

Our stay in this property was great. It was viper cozy and relaxing. Had all the necessities needed for a vacation getaway. We even used the jacuzzi after snowboarding on the slopes. What a gray way to end an active day. The home was walking distance to downtown as well as the ski-only slopes. If you don't want to walk, shuttles are easily accessible.

Perfect Getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The location is perfect... we walked to Old Town several times or hopped on a bus to get to Deer Valley or Park City. The condo is amazing -- clean, well decorated, peaceful and welcoming. The in-door hot tub after a long day on the mountain was awesome! We also liked the fact that there were multiple levels so the early risers could start their day without affecting the rest of us. In fact, we liked it so much we didn't want to leave and even stayed in a few nights to cook our own meals. I hope to come back soon! Will definitely stay here again. We also received very quick responses to all our questions and requests.
