Top Floor 2Br, 2 Ba, Loft 1400Sq Ft At The Base Of Deer Valley

Nicely updated top floor condo at the base of Snow Park Lodge in Deer Valley. This 1400 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath, w/ loft condo that sleeps 8 is the perfect for your family ski trip or summer getaway!

Walk right outside the front door to the Deer Valley shuttle, which takes you to the Snow Park Lodge! It's also located on the FREE Park City bus line, which is a 2 minute ride to Main Street with tons of great shopping and restaurants!

This spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft with underground heated on-site parking and ski locker. The master has a king size bed with television and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a television. The loft has a pullout sofa bed and television. The living room has a pullout sofa bed, large screen tv, fireplace and plenty of room to relax. Includes free WiFi and cable to make your stay more enjoyable.

This beautiful kitchen has all the amenities you will need and more, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Guests will enjoy the two walk out patios with a BBQ and amazing views of the Park City mountain.

Many amenities are provided including professionally cleaned sheets and towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. Catch a shuttle or rent a car and enjoy this fabulous property! You will love the comfort of this condo.

Please note that this unit is on the top floor of the building (3RD) and does not have an elevator, but does have a storage locker in the secure garage for skis/gear.

Evan was a very welcoming host to our family. The place is in immaculate condition and very spacious. The pictures do not do the place justice! It is very close to the Deer Valley parking shuttle, which we used daily to get to the slopes.

Great space! Great location!!

The condo was great for us! The location to deer valley was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked. Tons of towels, coffee, tea, spices, oils and vinegar. Would stay here again!

Excellent, comfortable, good communication, exceptionally clean

We enjoyed 4 nights at this condo for skiing Deer Valley. Great communication with owner, easy keypad entries. Comfortable beds, loft pull out allowed one of our teens to sleep there and one in the 2nd bedroom- everyone had their own space! Appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. Incredibly clean condo- not a speck of dust anywhere and well stocked with everything you could need. Has a dual washer dryer that we didn’t use but would have been handy if we stayed longer. We appreciated the ample spices and tools for the simple cooking we did for breakfast and snacks. 3rd floor location gave us a little extra exercise! Easy walk in ski boots across the street to the Deer Valley parking lot to grab the shuttle to the base. In regular shoes would be a very easy 5 min walk to the base. We didn’t turn on the TVs but there is one in every room.

Perfect Deer Valley ski condo

Our family of 4 were really impressed by this property. Spacious, well appointed, cozy, clean and great location. Evan was super responsive and communication was perfect. Walkable to Snow Park Lodge and the St Regis. Shuttle stop right outside of the building was really convenient. Appreciated the little touches - coffee and filters provided, nice bed linens and towels, extra pillows and blankets if needed, and a book with instructions for fireplace and other common questions. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Fantastic slopeside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this unit in Deer Valley. Apartment is spacious, well appointed and lots of little touches that make for a seamless stay. Location can’t be beat! Easy walk or 1-stop shuttle ride to snow park lodge. Evan extremely easy to work with, including date changes and check-in/check-out flexibility. Will definitely be back again next year!

Deer Valley is the Best!

Deer Valley is a fabulous ski resort. The condo is in a great location, either a short walk or catch the free bus right in front of it to the lifts. The kitchen is well equp-ped, comfortable beds. Just be prepared to walk the 3 flights of stairs daily. Evan, the owner is very responsive and has great instructions and information. We hope to be back!

Amazing location

We stayed with our 2 kids and 2 adult friends. It was the perfect location and easily fit us all. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen. Very easy to walk to Snow Park Lodge (5 minutes even with a 4 year old). Great big couch for games and movies. Check in/out really easy. Overall a great trip and nice place to stay!

Great place to stay - very close to Deer Valley

Everything about our stay was great. Evan was extremely responsive to communications. There was coffee and tea already in the place. When we ran into an issue with a shower handle, he came over and took care of it immediately. We were able to easily walk to Deer Valley so we didn't have to mess with parking or anything. The living room area and kitchen were nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again!

Great ski location

We had a great stay to ski Deer Valley and visit Park City for dinner. The bus stop right in front of condo was a huge perk. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Loved being so close to resort to walk right up. No need to drive during our stay. Evan was attentive via email but we had no issue for any extra support. Definitely would recommend this condo.
