Questa bellissima casa vacanze si trova vicino al campo da golf (corso di sci di fondo in inverno) e al golf in estate .... a piedi (0,8 miglia) al Park City Mountain Resort e al bus Park City gratuito sistema. Offriamo un ampio 3 camere da letto, 3. 5 condominio bagno che può ospitare comodamente fino a 7 persone.

Completamente ristrutturato nel 2008, l'appartamento è finito in un elegante stile di montagna con arredi in pelle ricca di castagno e da uno splendido camino in pietra sovrapposti. La cucina dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, granito-top, e armadi ontano nodoso. Il calore radiante nei pavimenti in pietra naturale manterrà i piedi a destra caldo fuori dalla doccia. Il condominio offre anche la connessione internet ad alta velocità e una lavatrice / asciugatrice privato. Il layout aperto crea un ambiente confortevole per socializzare e rilassarsi. Immagina di essere a pochi passi dalla tua cucina nella tua vasca idromassaggio privata all'aperto con fiocchi di neve dello Utah che ti ciondolano addosso, o in estate a pochi passi da una bella piscina per rinfrescarti e rinfrescarti dopo una fantastica giornata di escursioni, mountain bike o golf .. ..

Il sistema di trasporto gratuito di Park City si ferma davanti alla porta e offre un facile accesso a tre aree sciistiche di livello mondiale (Park City dietro l'angolo, Deer Valley 3 miglia sud-est e Canyons 3 miglia a nord), la storica strada principale e Kimball Junction senza le preoccupazioni di dover guidare la macchina e trovare parcheggio disponibile. Situato al confine di città vecchia con la sua sala a quattro stelle, shopping di classe mondiale, e gallerie d'arte e solo un tiro di una palla di neve da Fresh Market, Starbucks, e Squatters birreria, la posizione è ideale.

La nostra casa lontano da casa offre una vista ispiratori sulla montagna e tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta in una casa di lusso. Spring skiing

Great place to stay to ski!

We had a great time at Park City and the Canyons the past few days. This place was clean and comfortable…and the hot tub felt great after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

We’ve been coming to Park City for years now, as a family, and this condo had the very best location we’ve had yet! Out the front door, less than 100 yds, is a (free) bus stop that runs straight to downtown or the mountain. It’s also right across the main drag from a grocery store, so we did small runs there throughout the week. Fantastic!

Perfect!

Close to everything, easy walk to shuttle, clean and beautiful! We will definitely book here again! If you come to ski we brought our ski boots but decided to rent instead of checking our ski's on the plane. Cole's Sports was an easy walk and had high performance ski's to rent. The shuttle took us to Park City ski area and to Deer Valley. It is easy to use. Perfect place and location!

Great location and space

This property is in an excellent location! The space and layout is fantastic. Loved having a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Decor and carpet could be updated, but not a major concern during our stay.

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the house description states "Ski in Ski out access." This home is NOT "Ski in ski out." The home is very clean, very comfortable. The private hot tub was great the outdoor pool and hot tub were great BUT the fact that ski in/ski out was our first priority for booking was a HUGE game changer for us.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip. Located within walking distance from the free bus line and directly across the street from a grocery store, we couldn't have been happier. Bonus was the heated floor throughout the condo! No cold feet here.

Perfect location for Park City spring break ski trip

Great house in a perfect location. Stayed with my wife and two kids along with my brother and his wife. House was perfect size and located so close to Park Cuty mountain and free bus, grocery and liquor store. Highly recommend.

Nice place with everything you need

Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen well stocked with utensils lots of cookware coffee filters etc. It was also nice the cleaners left a lot spices, baggies, foil, plastic wrap etc etc that you always end up needing to buy. Only small negative is the primary bedroom is at the end of the 2nd floor and was rather cold in order to keep rest of house not too hot. Difficult to balance heat evenly but we just had extra blankets. Heated floors throughout most of house really nice too. Would stay again.

Great Condo

This Condo was convenient to the super market (across the street) Main street (0.9 miles walk), Park City lift (5 Min schlepping), Shuttles to all locations mentioned. This 3 bedroom condo had good sleeping arrangements and also good amenities for kitchen like spices, Foil, plastic wrap and all the utensils and dishes and pans! Also Sheets and blankets and pillows!The hot tub was a huge hit after skiing as well.We would stay again and recommend this Condo.

Park City Condo

This condo has everything you need for a great stay, is located very close to grocery store, bus stop, ski rental shop! The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. The property manager very quickly responded also. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice for a big group.

Great location and stay!

We loved our stay in PC! Our family made a last minute decision to get out of the heat and found this gem. The location was great, quiet little neighborhood with a pool and patio that opens right up to the golf course. The location is by the tee box so I didn’t have to worry about little kids playing outside and getting hit by stray golf balls. We rented bikes from ColeSport (in the same parking lot as this condo) and rode those all over PC. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. I do recommend searching for things to do/activities and restaurants before hand because they do not provide a ‘local guide or activity guide’ that some vrbos come with. I luckily am a planner so this worked out, but we wouldn’t have known about the bike rental unless we explored the property. The only complaint was on the 3rd floor, it can get a bit warm/stuffy and the fan provided wasn’t safe with little kids. Recommend to open the windows at night which helps a bit to get airflow. I’m sure in the winter, this wouldn’t be a problem! Thanks again for a terrific stay! Would recommend.

Great location

Condo was just as listed. I appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and bath towels. The location was great. My only complaint is that the pool key did not work at all. We had to ask others to let us in. It seems that we should have had a code instead of a key. Also, the sofas in the family room need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. We would have liked a few other seating options in there as well. Overall we were very happy with this condo.

Perfect for the 5 of us

The 5 of us, all over 65, have been skiing Park City for the past 20 years. We have stayed at a number of condos but this one is the best. This will have been our third time staying at This condo and we are planning on returning again next year. Very clean, close to the Mountain, and great hot tub. John, the management company, was easy to reach and we had no problems with check in and out.

Annual Family Ski Trip Ages 26 to 60

Our whole Family enjoyed the comforts and amenties this property offers! The kitchen was beyond equipped, the beds comfortable, and the layout allowed privacy for everyone to have their own space at the end of the day. There is nothing like sitting in the hot tub with ski hats on laughing with your Adult Kids about the adventures on the slopes! Followed by games in front of the fireplace! The heated floors were a nice touch for our Florida Feet and we appreciated the covered parking. The Hosts were very reponsive to the questions we had and they addressed a minor item very quickly. As a suggestion, I hope in the future they might consider making a "Book" similar to ones we've had at other VRBO's that is a central resource for all things related to the house - operating fireplace, closest grocery, map to show shortcut to the Mountain, restuarant suggestsions, etc.. Two tips for light sleepers like me - the master has small transome windows on top with no blinds so a sleep mask might help and the box fan can mask the early morning noise from snow plows and the mountain. We were very grateful for this special place to call "home" for a few days and we would definitely choose to stay there in the future.
