A pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita più bassi del Park City Ski Resort. 10 posti letto con due letti Queen, due gemelli, futon e un divano letto matrimoniale. Cucina completamente attrezzata, tavolo da pranzo, 3 bagni, camino, garage privato. Zona del ponte posteriore con splendida privacy e vista boscosa. Internet gratuito. Ben fornito con biancheria da letto e da bagno, prodotti di carta e caffè / tè con dolcificanti ecc.

    Apprezzerete anche la posizione di questa residenza cittadina a Crescent Ridge, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci del Park City Mountain Resort, dai sentieri escursionistici e dal sistema di trasporto pubblico. Il condominio è anche solo tre miglia a Deer Valley Ski Resort e cinque miglia a Canyons Ski Resort.

One of the best properties that I’ve stayed at in park city. Easy walk to the slopes and slept our group of 9 very comfortably. Would recommend to anyone!

Family Ski Trip in Park City

The location was great. Short walk to lifts. The condo had plenty of room for our family. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Right on the slopes!

Great place and literally a block away from stepping into your skis and heading down to the lifts. The condo was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We had a great stay and would definitely rent it again.

Walk to the slopes

Amazing location. Walk to the end of the street and hit the slopes. The unit was clean and spacious with beautiful views off the living area. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot to ski PC

Nicely stocked condo with plenty of room. The location couldn’t be more convenient to the lifts. There are quite a few stairs both externally and internally, but nothing crazy.

Good location, well equipped for ski trip

This condo worked great for our trip, had a well equipped kitchen, was clean, had plenty of towels, and was a short walk to hop on the ski trails. At least on the queen beds had a big dip in the middle of the mattress, and the pillows were super flat, but a lot of hotels have this problem too.

Large property and ski-out option

We had a great time having a large property and having the ski-out option. Only recommendation is to have a car to get to the town during the winter. Not easy access to the town when walking.

Cleanliness was lacking. Dust all over the benches around the dining table, dirty grim in soap dishes of showers. A filthy broiler pan was sitting in the oven. Pots and pans are very old and falling apart.

No Big Complaints

Property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were immersed in the woods. Garage is a tight fit, and the kitchen was decently stocked. Location is super close to the mountain (probably a 100ft walk), so it was easy to get to the mountain but slightly harder to get back—especially when the adjacent hills are closed. We enjoyed our stay, as it was roomy, comfortable and had a good location. The house is very airy and open, so the loft bedroom is quite exposed which can be a problem if someone is sleeping there.

This was a lovely, comfortable, spacious condo in a beautiful location, with aspen trees right outside the windows (we even saw a turkey vulture sitting in the branches one evening!). It was a great home base for our week of hiking in mid-June: close enough to walk to Main Street, but far enough away to feel like you were in nature. It was quiet until the weekend, when a group of people occupied the condo below us; when they were on their deck, we couldn't sit on our balcony or keep the balcony door open without hearing all of their music and conversation, but it was OK. We loved the large dining table (big enough to play family games) and appreciated having three bathrooms. We felt at home (and nostalgic) amidst the many Dartmouth College Winter Carnival posters on all the walls (my husband and I are both Dartmouth grads). The microwave was broken when we arrived, but Maria swiftly replaced it with another that same day, which we appreciated. We had only three issues: (1) There was a large amount of dust on most surfaces in the condo when we arrived, including the electric stovetop; (2) it took a good 2-3 minutes to get hot water in the shower, and (3) the kitchen knives were dangerously dull. Overall, though, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable, great location

We loved our stay here. Quiet, comfortable, lots of room, beautiful view of the aspens. The location was great for skiing as we walked out the door and down the block to the slopes and skied right back at the end of the day.

Spacious and Quiet

Tucked away behind Park City, I never knew this section of condos existed. The unit was a little tricky to find at night. Loads of room with 2 nice sized bedrooms and a loft that can sleep a bunch of people. Good sized kitchen and long dining room table. The view out the back door of the aspens is super nice. 2 showers in each of the bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom with a tub. Parking garage is a little small (we had a suburban), but you can park in front of door. All in all a great place.
