Before heading out for a full day of adventure, the chef of the group can hop into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up a delicious breakfast on the gas range as everyone gathers at the dining table. When summer days heat up, slip into your favorite bathing suit and take advantage of the shared pool for a quick dip. Chilly evenings can be just the ticket for a long soak in the shared hot tub as well. When nights come to a close, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will provide plenty of entertainment and the separation of the primary bedroom on the main floor and the guest bedrooms on the second floor will allow everyone to get some privacy.

When you want a break from the mountain, make your way to Main Street in Park City and indulge in a bite to eat or a day of window-shopping in the local boutiques. Be sure to check and see if the Sundance Film Festival happens to be occurring during your stay, as this event brings a vibrance to the city that is even more fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
