Ocean Front Cottage con una bellissima spiaggia privata e il lago dalle acque splendenti

Il nostro cottage è stato aggiornato con cucina moderna e bagno aggiornato con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Cottage ha due piccole camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un divano pieghevole per consentire un sonno extra. I servizi includono internet ad alta velocità, tv satellitare, barbecue, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata a parete. Ampia area per passeggiare e giocare e una breve passeggiata lungo il nostro percorso verso la nostra spettacolare spiaggia. Solo un'altra casa situata sui nostri oltre trenta acri e circondata da un campo così ampia privacy. La nostra proprietà comprende metà del Lago delle Acque splendenti dai libri Anne of Green Gables e si trova a un miglio dal Museo Anne of Green Gables. Puoi trascorrere la giornata in totale relax sulla proprietà o avventurarti nei numerosi luoghi e attività nelle vicinanze, tra cui i musei Anne, la spiaggia di Cavendish e il parco nazionale, e gli scivoli d'acqua e i parchi a tema sono a venti minuti di auto. Ci sono anche molti campi da golf, piste ciclabili e attrazioni locali tra cui la pesca d'altura. La nostra zona è un paradiso per i buongustai con mercati degli agricoltori, macellai e coltivatori locali e tutti i frutti di mare che puoi immaginare nelle immediate vicinanze. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti. Kensington è una cittadina a dieci minuti di distanza che ha tutto il necessario per le forniture di base. Summerside è la seconda città più grande di PEI ed è a mezz'ora di macchina con tutti i negozi e le comodità di una piccola città canadese tra cui walmart e altri negozi, negozi di alimentari eccellenti, molti ristoranti della catena (McDonalds, Wendy's, Tim Hortons ecc.) E un multi-schermo cinema. Ha anche un teatro dal vivo ben sviluppato e una scena musicale. Charlottetown con tutta la sua storia, festival e servizi è a circa 45 minuti di auto. TUTTI GLI AFFITTI ESEGUONO DA SABATO A SABATO.

Site exceptionnel. Chalet coquet mais a besoin d’amour. Grande galerie extérieure dangereuse. Devrait être refaite. Propriétaire très rapide pour nous répondre et très gentil.Reviendrais quand même car la vue époustouflante!

Beau séjour en général mais avec des déceptions: la plage est difficile d’accès, le balcon manque d’amour, la climatisation était insuffisante et les moustiquaires sont franchement à changer. La plage de Brackley est magnifique et les paysages superbes.

Lovely spot; beautiful beach, well equipped kitchen, clean; nothing fancy but comfortable. Would not recommend for families with a toddler or young child but good for a couple with a teenager

Location, location, location

The location of the cottage is terrific. The ocean and beach views are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. Any misgivings we had about the cottage were tempered by the wonderful scenery. The cottage is very basic. Lots of windows to view the beautiful scenery. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of living room seating, a dining area for six, and a large kitchen counter that made entertaining and food preparation convenient. We entertained family and friends and everyone seemed pleased with the interior layout. The cottage exterior needs work. The deck is large but is in very poor condition. The winds and precipitation have taken a toll on the building. There is a new BBQ that works well. There is limited patio furniture that only accommodates 2 guests. Luckily we brought our own umbrella and deck chairs so that we could entertain guests on the deck. Here is our overall impression of the property: If you look at the exterior of the cottage you will be disappointed; if you look at the interior of the cottage, you will happily surprised; and if you look at the scenery you will be happy with your choice of rental.

Summer joy

Our second stay at this beach house and the views/beach make it worth the visit... Nice to have the private beach available, both for us and our dog! Some of the best sunsets on the Island! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, prompt response to any requests we had. Thank you!

Perched on a bluff

We chose this property because of the location, and we were not disappointed! It is private, very quiet, close to beach and surrounded by birds and water! The beds and furniture were comfortable, the WiFI, TV etc worked great, and good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good drinkable water a plus this close to the ocean. Kitchen well stocked, with new dishes, etc. We understand this property took a beating from Hurricane Fiona last fall, which resulted in a lot of repairs. The deck could use some improvements, but still a great place to watch the sunsets and sunrises! We really enjoyed our time at the house and are grateful we could bring our dog. She loved the daily walks on the beach and playing in the beautiful green lawn. The caretaker Stacey was great, very helpful etc.

Amazing location!

This is a very pretty and simple cottage located in a gorgeous location. We stayed for six nights and loved it. Yes, there are a lot of bugs and the outside deck needs work, but the location and beach more than made up for any drawbacks. We would definitely stay here again!

Dream location!

The cottage is a true beach house, with 360 views that are to die for, and the most amazing pristine beach/red rocks you could wish for.. we could not believe how beautiful it was! We walked/drove through golden canola fields to get to the cottage/beach, against blue blue skies.. truly a dream come true. Thank you for sharing this idyllic site with us!

Location, location, location!

This was our second time staying here and it’s the location — the views, the sunsets, the easy beach access — that keep us coming back. The cottage itself isn’t fancy, but it has everything you’d need. Murray is terrific to deal with. He was super flexible and even let us push our dates back to coincide with PEI’s reopening dates. We had a great 2 weeks of Island living and can’t wait for our next visit!

Incredible location

The location of this house is amazing. Located centrally, there is easy access to groceries, restaurants, Charlottetown, Anne of Green Gables sites and the beach. The view is the best on the island. If you are looking for peace, quiet and gorgeous sunsets - this is it. The house is more than sufficient but don't expect granite counters and comfy recliners. This did not keep us from staying here for the fourth year in a row!

beautiful acreage private beach but cottage in need of an update

We enjoyed the private beach and privacy of this lovely piece of PEI. We unfortunately left 4 days early because the cottage itself needs a good cleaning and decent bedding in order for us to feel comfortable sleeping at night or being indoors in the evenings. The bugs of course on a beach front are to be expected- windows that do not open or have inadequate or dirty old screens left a lot to be desired and we had terrible sleeps on old bedding and in both badly ventilated rooms.... bring your own pillows and linens for sure. Also not mentioned is the fact that although you have private beach access, and it is only a little short lovely walk away, the cottage is actually on a very high cliff and perhaps not suitable for small kids.. We would love to come back if only we had a better inside cottage experience and a good night sleep.
