“The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. She stood over me heavy breathing until I produced it and then told me to keep it where they could see it. Then she kept walking by and kicking pool floats in. “We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. This is they biggest/larger room in the hotel 17th floor with 3 bedroom i paid almost $4K USD for 3days. Very dissapointed and your Manager on duty was...

“Hotel moderno e dalle dimensioni giuste, non troppo grande. Affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia con piscine riscaldate ed idromassaggio, camera con 2 letti davvero spaziosa e confortevole, con frigo, microonde, cassaforte, addirittura 2 TV, una di fronte ad ogni letto, wifi veloce. Bagno pulito, doccia grande, buoni prodotti di cortesia. Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile”

“Non scegliete questo hotel. Persona alla reception incapace di risolvere i problemi. Mancava un letto e i miei figli hanno dormito in 3 per 2 notti in un letto e il ragazzo della reception se ne letteralmente fregato lasciandoci 2 notti in 5 con 2 letti.Aria condizionata rumorosa come un trattore. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale tramite Expedia ma l' hotel si è rifiutato. ”

“The staff was very friendly. The front desk, the maintenance person, the room cleaning staff and the breakfast staff. The room was very clean and well kept. Anyone going here should definitely try yummy house! It’s a wonderful all you can eat Asian place. It was delicious. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast it is very bland. I think they can definitely do better with that. Other than that it’s a wonderful place to stay and I plan on returning.”

“We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.”
