“We have zero complaints about our stay. You’re within walking distance to downtown for all the great restaurants and shops. The property is extremely well taken care of spotless at check in. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to make meals. The property manager was quick to respond to the few questions I had about the property. We will be rebooking for next years family lake vacation. You won’t be disappointed. ”

“Domestic disturbance in room 106 next to us was quite excessive.Lots of yelling, screaming and pounding for nearly an hour early morning on July 5. “New”Pillows overstuffed… hard as rocks. No room cleanup while we were there. Could use a nightlight. Premises were clean. No apparent staff. TV worked great… appreciated availability of Brewers game on Baly’s”

“We have stayed at this property twice in different size units. The 2 bedroom unit is perfect. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. The unit is exceptionally clean. Will stay there anytime we are in Phillips. ”

“The motor lodge was quiet and very clean. You can tell the owners care about the property. Added bonus were the massage chairs! Also, it was very cold when we stayed and our car would not start up in the morning. We called the property manager to see if anyone was on site that could give us a jump. There was not but they made a call for us and someone was out to help within minutes. They also made sure we had access to the lobby so we would not freeze while we waited. They went above and beyond...

“Convenient place to stay. Able to walk to town, dock our boat and play on the beach. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Plenty of room for us. Fun to see visiting wildlife too. ”
