With over 2,000 sq ft of light-filled space, this loft is ideal for families, small groups, or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. The open layout, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows let you soak in river and forest views from nearly every corner of the home.



Cook meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the spacious living area, or enjoy a friendly game of pool or shuffleboard. Evenings are perfect for relaxing at the private fire pit by the dock or curling up with a movie on the smart TV.

-Loft / Third Bedroom: Queen Bed across from the sauna with a foldable room divider for privacy

🚤 OPTIONAL PONTOON RENTAL (Seasonal)

Make your stay unforgettable with our on-site pontoon rental! Available from the 3rd weekend in May through the 2nd weekend in October, it’s a fun way to explore Fish Hook River and Fish Hook Lake.



IMPORTANT INFO / RULES

- A $500 damage deposit hold is required and will be placed on the card used for the rental prior to departure. The hold will be released after the rental has concluded and the pontoon has been inspected, provided no damage or other applicable charges are identified.

- The first full tank of fuel is provided.

- Guests may have the pontoon conveniently refueled by management at our sister property, Riverside Point Resort, after the first tank.

- 5 gallon minimum purchase required for refueling at Riverside Point.

- $6.50 per gallon

- 91 Octane fuel ONLY. Lower grade fuel cannot be used in the pontoon. A penalty charge of $250 will apply if this rule is violated.

- Life jackets are provided onboard the pontoon.

- Please contact management in advance to arrange a refueling time.

Please note: Daily prices do not reflect applicable taxes. A $500 damage deposit hold is required for all pontoon rentals and will be released following the rental and inspection of the pontoon, provided no damage or other applicable charges are identified.



Guest Access:

Guests of the Loft have exclusive access to the Loft Guest House, which includes the spacious interior, sauna, and the fire pit located near the dock. The fire pit to the North from the Main House back porch is reserved for Main House guests.



Loft guests also have access to the laundry room located downstairs through the garage. Enter the door at the top of the steps on the Main House side (Code provided in booking email).



The door near the Sauna adjoining the Loft and House remains locked unless both sides of the property have been rented by the same party.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY



Pets are not permitted at the house in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Guests in violation of this policy will be subject to penalties including a $500 fine and termination of current and future reservations without refund.



ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the home.



We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.



For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the home.
