Make your stay unforgettable with our on-site pontoon rental! Available from the 3rd weekend in May through the 2nd weekend in October, it’s a fun way to explore Fish Hook River and Fish Hook Lake.

Important Info:



-$500 refundable damage deposit required

-First full tank of fuel included

-Guests may refuel the pontoon themselves, but it must be 91 octane fuel; otherwise, additional charges will apply

-Daily rates do not include taxes/fees



Guest Access:

Guests of the house have exclusive access to the Main House, which includes the spacious interior, the outside deck, and the fire pit located to the North off the back porch. The fire pit near the dock is reserved for guests staying in the Loft Guest House above the garage.



Main House guests also have access to two laundry rooms: one in the master bedroom and another in the upstairs bathroom near the twin bed loft sleeping area.



The door to the Loft Guest House remains locked unless both sides of the property have been rented by the same party.



Main House guests can park up to three vehicles, while Loft guests are allowed up to two vehicles. It is important that guests do not block the circular driveway.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY



Pets are not permitted at the house in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Guests in violation of this policy will be subject to penalties including a $500 fine and termination of current and future reservations without refund.



ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the home.



We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.



For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the home.
