“My family and I had an awesome safe stay.”

“Our stay was perfect. But, we had immense difficulties with the reservation provider that is on the hotel's website. It is apparently a third party provider that then places your reservation with another provider. They did not fully disclose their fee or that the reservation was not refundable and was prepaid. When I tried to contact them, their email account was not responsive. When I called, I was in a loop that kept wanting to send me a confirmation. I reached out to the hotel general manager...

“WiFi is was terrible. Roof too restaurant was closed. Parking free for all. Tiny room with no storage. Way too much money for very little. Place was nice in the lobby. Wanted to buy hard cider and add to the room but was denied. The desk clerk was new and didn’t know how to do it. She could do sodas so we did that. Th place has a great location. But we won’t go back again. We did not get close to what we paid for the 4 nights. A BB would have been soooo much better.”

“The pool was huge and hot tubs were amazing. They also had adult only hot tub outside as well. Really nice place, undervalued pricing and no question i know ill be back.”

“Property was clean, located along what appeared to be the main strip in white salmon with lots of amenities nearby. Only complaints would be that the portable A/C unit in our room was quite loud, but I’d prefer that to no air conditioning at all. Very easy recommend, hope to come back again!”

“The screen on the window was bent and not seated allowing 100’s of black flies in room. Took me an hour killing them. The TV all channels were losing signal constantly just turned it off and used my phone. There were large ants on the floors. The staff told me he could not print my receipt but when I wouldn’t give him permission to email it to me he said okay and printed it. Liar.”

“Room was clean, and the comp breakfast next door was good! Only note was the vending machines were either out of service or completely sold out”

“Overall, not the worst. There was some stains on the bed spread that seemed a bit off putting. The bathroom has some spots that were not cleaned properly. Can tell the cleaning was not the best. Beautiful setting, friendly staff.”
