Perfect house for the perfect getaway! Located in the community of Holiday Harbour- close to everything! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Fully refreshed and ready for you! Guests have access to the private community beach and launch ramp. 15 minutes to Parker and 30 minutes to the London Bridge. Garage parking available. For large boats there is parking in the dirt lot by the community launch ramp.

A stunning view from the back patio, huge garage to use. Noted that it is hard to access property and turn around if towing a boat. Check in and about property instructions were a little minimal or missing.

RENTED FOR GOLF TRIP. LOCATION WAS SHORT DISTANCE FROM GOLF COURSE & RIVERFRONT BARS/RESTARAUNTS. NARROW VEHICLE ACCESS BUT VERY QUIET LOCATION. PATIO & VIEW WAS GREAT . WISH THEIR WAS A RENTAL BOOK TO EXPLAIN HOW TO ADJUST SOME OF THE AVAILBLE ELCTRONIS

The BEST! We're definitely coming back!

This property is 100% accurate in its VRBO description. It's functional, with amazing new pots and pans in the kitchen, as well as all needed utensils in the kitchen (except for a can opener). I usually bring my own sheets and pillowcases on these types of trips, but honestly, the linen was SO clean we slept on them and saved myself the energy of making the beds. There were also clean towels available. However, we did use our own. There was also shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, and toilet paper available. However, we did use our own. The owner even had Ice cream waiting for us in the freezer upon our arrival. Honestly, that's just unheard of and totally welcoming!!! The best part was the direct communication I had with the owner when needed. It was always quick and she was always attentive. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you, Layla!!! We're definitely coming back!

This property was excellent! Great view and the patio is super nice. The rooms are good size and the beds were pretty comfy. Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay!

Family friendly vacation spot

What a great hideaway. Perfect size, all the amenities that you forgot, they didn't. Beautiful view of the river by day. We didn't use the park or boat ramp so can't comment on that, other than we wish we had. We came in after dark, if you are bringing a boat, plan on backing it up a ways to get out, no turn around. Had a party of 12, 8 adults and 4 littles and had plenty of room for all. Back patio is beautiful but no fan, pretty hot if there is no wind. Great father's day weekend. Host is on it! Thanks for the memories.
